הצוות בקבלה אדיב ונחמד
ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד

Cons:

לא ניקו לנו את החדר יום אחד מתוך השלושה ששהינו במלון , ויום נוסף , סדרו מצעים ופינו אשפה אך לא ניקו את המקלחת
כמו כן , הפריע לי שלא היה קונדישינר לשיער וגם במקלחת אין איפוא להניח את הסבון וצריך לשים על הרצפה

מלון טוב מאוד
Pros:

מיקום מרכזי מאוד, על הכיכר הגדולה והכל מאוד קרוב.
זמינות מעולה של צוות המלון, גם התייעצות לגבי דברים ששאלנו וגם טיפול בבעיות שהיו.

Cons:

אין פינת ישיבה בלובי
רמת הנקיון לא טובה מספיק, החדר היה מלוכלך

Расположение, чистота, отношение персонала, гостеприимность, завтрак . Все замечательно. Заселили -пораньше, выезд -попозже ,очень прекрасное отношение к гостям отеля !!!

Belgrad'da iyi bir konaklama için doğru adres.
Pros:

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Cumhuriyet Meydanında, Ulusal Müzenin tam karşısında.. Çevresinde mağazalar ve restoranlar var. Çoğu turistik yere yürüme mesafesinde. Belgrad'da toplu taşıma herkese bedava olduğu için heryere toplu taşıma ile bedava gidebiliyorsunuz. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve son derece yardım sever. Otel binası eski bir bina ama 2019 yılında otele çevrildiği için içi yeni , temiz ve modern. Kahvaltısı zengin ve lezzetli.

Cons:

Biz şehir manzaralı yani Cumhuriyet Meydanı'na bakan bir oda istemiştik. Odamız 2 katta, koridorun yan taraftaki 208 nolu oda idi. Odanın tam önündeki büyük ağaçlardan dolayı pek bir manzaramız yoktu. Bize yapılan açıklama iki ayrı yatak olan odalar sadece 2. kattaymış. 2. kattaki diğer manzaralı odalar da doluymuş.

Pros:

Location was excellent. The front office personel was friendly.

Cons:

The housekeeping. I gave laundery. They gave it back undone 2 days later. They did not wash the cloutches.
