Pros:

מיקום,נראות המלון,פקידת קבלה ילנה שירות יוצא מן הכלל.

Cons:

פקיד הקבלה וסקו פשוט אנטיפט.צוות הניקיון בימים הראשונים היה מזעזע רק החליפו מגבות והרימו את השמיכות על נמיטה.אפילו לא פינו בקבוקוני שמפו מהאמבטיה.אחרי שהתלוננתי הגיע בחורה ממוצא אסייתי והניקיון השתפר בימים הבאים.כיסאות בחדר עם כתמים.

Lovely hotel in the best location
Pros:

Lovely hotel with the absolute best location, staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The room we had was a bit small. It was not an important factor in our case and I believe they have different types of rooms anyway.

Pros:

El hotel y sus instalaciones impecables. La condición de los muebles, camas, baños, higiene, aires acondicionados, todo estaba impecable y limpio. La ubicaciones es inmejorable y el desayuno muy Bueno y variado. El personal de la recepción muy amables todos ellos, en especial Jelena que nos recibió al llegar y fue nuestra primera impresión. Volvería a elegir este hotel en una próxima visita a la ciudad.

Otel odasında iki odada çöp kutusu olması güzel olur
Birde 301 numaralı odanın yatağının yayları çok gıcırdıyor fakat yatak rahat ve konforlu ses olayı çözülürse daha konforlu olur
Kahvaltı da çeşitlenebilir
9 gün boyunca hergün aynı yiyeceklerin olması pek mutlu etmedi son 3 gün farklı hamur işi yapıldı bu konu da biraz daha çeşitlilik eklenebilir

Отель расположен в самом центре города.

Cons:

За массаж просят только наличные.
Уборка в номерах очень плохая. Достаточно грязно, а между окнами на улицу вообще куча грязи и дохлые мухи.
