Just left the hotel now at the airport and would like to say what a great stay we had over the Christmas and new year, the staff couldn't do enough for you especially bob and his gang around the pools looking after you comes naturally for these guys also the pool bar boys and the staff at reception were awesome, the rooms were cleaned daily fresh towels ect, I would definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future 😀

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and took great care of us with fabulous service. It's a lovely place to spend Christmas.

Stayed as part of a group of 10 in Nov. The hotel looks nice on arrival and the rooms are HUGE. Ground floor near the wave pool which was pleasant to sit and have a drink. The pool areas are NICE BUT VERY Slippery BE CAREFUL. At the time no handrails.on the stairs or grip. A friend had a terrible fall and spent the holiday at hospital and in a wheelchair. The hotel began adding grips to the steps that day! 😒 the grilled Kofte is lovely and we had an edible burger at the " English pub " the chicken strips were nice, check they are cooked. Staff throughout are VERY GOOD and Helpful and work hard for you. We are glad we visited but Sharm isn't our bag. However, I can understand why it is popular. It was roasting mid November and was 33 in the day. Everyone in our group got bitten to bits by mosquitoes and little flies. Oh, keep your bathroom door closed at night. We had problems with bugs at night chomping away. Be.mindful of arrogant aggressive Russians. This was an issue but it was sorted. Drinks! Lol , almost forgot that bit. Wide selection of All Inclusive drinks including wine was avaliable. They'll make them to your request. Pop at the pool comes from bottles so it is not watered down. Quick transfer to/from airport approx 20 mins.

We stayed for 11 nights, first time in Egypt as a family of 3 and we had the most amazing time.

The staff do so much to make us feel special from start to finish. Sunbeds were always reserved for us each morning so there was no sunbed wars like we’ve seen in every other hotel/country we have visited.

The staff at the bars and pool area are amazing. Our drink orders were always remembered and bought to us. Big thank u to Hossam, Mahmoud, Mo Salah and all the others at the sports bar. Always smiling and greeting us.

The animation team is very good, special mention to Abdul, he made us laugh and aquagym was always fun to do. The music played was good, he even took song requests. The evening entertainment was good, different programme each night and Abdul & Diana are always engaing with people encouraging us to join in and clap. We’ve travelled to many hotels/countries where the hotels have been good but the entertainment has been bad but this hotel has it all, its very good.

Hotel is very clean, staff cant do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Bedrooms are big and we received a pool view when we requested before arrival.

At meal times our drinks were at the table as soon as we walked in. We have left here feeling so happy and treated like royality, we will definately be returning.

Had my birthday here and staff made it so special, even decorated my sunbed umbrella with balloons and i had a big birthday cake waiting for me in my room.

Also loved the wave pool and slides, it was always part or our morning routine.

We would love to return next year with all the staff still here (they all made us love it even more) they have made Egypt our new favourite country.
We dont normally go back to the same hotel but we would definately return here.

It was very clean, they was always making sure toilets are shining, pool was clean, our room was always tidy!

pool staff treated us like royalty! Bob& mo mo soliman made the pool experience great! Staff always made sure we had a drink next to us, they was on it!

We had so much fun here, beach is only a 10 minute walk! Location is perfect.

Hossam ossama & Mahmoud couldn’t have done more for us, they was AMAZING!! The most lovely people who always left us smiling! They really made our stay!

Staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for you ,always happy with a big smile .
Checking in and out was very good, so helpful. Even getting an extension on the room was very easy .
Staff were amazing at all times , and I went that extra mile for you. always happy to help. All staff at the lobby bar pool bar English bar were outstanding, especially Mo salah, Muhammad, and to all the other staff ,Bob at the beautiful pool was amazing, a true gentleman, just amazing people and so kind and thoughtful, your glasses were always filled with your drinks .not a problem getting a sun bed the lads at the pool looks after you amazing thank you.

The restaurant A lar cart was just beautiful food and amazing staff thank you. 5 stars to this restaurant outstanding.
The main restaurant was a bit hit and miss but you won't go hungry.
Our whole experience of our hoilday was just outstanding, the staff treated you like royalty amazing experience definitely coming back to this hotel thank you so much.

Stayed at Naama Waves in September - our second trip to Sharm - and the hotel was superb. Love the decor, the main Pool area was lovely and had a very relaxing atmosphere to it. But as most people have already mentioned the staff abolsutely make this hotel what it is. We wanted to give special mention to four in particular - and I hope the hotel management read this review because these guys were amazing:
Firsty the Pool Towel Guy - unfortunately we didnt get his name but literally every morning at 9am he'd put towels on our favourite sunloungers, an ashray for the essentials, and every afternoon as we were packing up he'd be there again to collect the towels. Shame we didnt get his name but he was a young guy and he was just briliant.
Secondly the Pool Bar staff - Hossam Ossama and Mahmoud Sabry. These guys were off the scale in terms of service and friendliness with welcomes every morning, drinks to us within five minues of sitting at the pool (they remembered our orders too!) and they made sure that as we were getting to the bottom of one drink, without even leaving our sun loungers they were there again with another round. These guys were epic! Strangely enough towards the end of our second week they had both been moved into the Restaurant - which was a waste of ability to be honest and I have to say the guys that replaced them at the Pool Bar weren't nearly as good.
And finaly, talking about the Restaurant, yes the food was a bit repetitive, and yes I've eaten better, but one staff member in particular was just brilliant - Afraiem Sedky. This guy was always there to greet us when we walked in, he found us seats as it can get quite busy in there, while we got our food he made sure there were two drinks for each of us waiting at the table, and our plates were cleared the second we finished. So attentive, so committed and just a genuinely nice guy.
So, would we go back? Absolutely, in fact we're planning a return in December. The Hotel is probably an 8/10 as it is, but the staff here made it a 10/10 for us! If you're looking for a great place to stay, good facilities, good location, great Animation Team and general hotel staff that do everything they can to make your time there special, then this is the place to go!

My first resort holiday, Absolutely beautiful hotel, well maintained grounds, pool and rooms. Always, cleaning of some kind being done. Plenty of areas to sit and relax.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable air com, fridge, kettle, hairdryer and plenty of lighting.
WiFi was great
The staff were amazing, always happy-go-lucky and great . The food was OK, hit or miss, but plenty of choice in different places. you will not go hungry , plenty of it.

The good..the bad...the ugly..?
THE GOOD....
Absolutely beautiful hotel, well maintained grounds, pool and rooms. Always, cleaning of some kind being done. Plenty of areas to sit and relax.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable air com, fridge, kettle, hairdryer and plenty of lighting. TV has 2 channels that are English, but do you really want telly?
WiFi was great and you can have 3 devices, but with option to use more.
The staff were amazing, always happy-go-lucky and great with the 5 children we had with us. The food was OK, hit or miss, but plenty of choice in different places. Snacks were the same every day, but again, plenty of it.
THE BAD....
Entertainment, big disappointment. Nothing in the day for the children, and not much in the evening. An hour for the children if they could understand Russian . Few areas that were not pushchair friendly, so beware.
THE UGLY...
again, Entertainment is not a priority in this hotel and what Entertainment there was, was Russian ! I did water aerobics which ,is easy to follow, but again, in Russian.
The guests are mainly Russian, who, sadly I found rude, not only to the staff, but to other guests. We were lucky to have travelled as a family of 9, so did not feel intimidated, but it is possible that some people would feel that way.
Sadly this is the reason I would not revisit the hotel again.

This is my favorite hotel! I stayed at this hotel in April and June. I like that the area of the hotel is not very large, but Everything Is there... At night is very beautiful! Entertainment, delicious food, slides for children, greenery. I liked that hotel cleanliness, every day the floors around the pool were cleaned, sun loungers were washed, pools were cleaned and water purity samples were taken. As for the room, I liked that the rooms are spacious and the beds are large. And, of course, also cleaned! The personal is very nice, helpful and smiling. When I came second time, they remembered me and received more warmly.
In April, I came with a child who never had to feel bored because animator Nastya and Abdul had always kept him busy. Nastya, as it were, knows how to get along well with children, and my son really liked her. When we went in June, unfortunately animator Nastja and Abdu were not, but there were Villy and Marwan, who were also very active and always involved us in activities. I really liked the entertainment programs. The food was delicious, there was something different every day, in addition, during the trip you could choose for free one of the three courses of a la carte food from three restaurants (Egyptian food, Italia food or sea food). At the pool bar, Our favorite barmans was Mahmoud, Muhammad and Ragab. I liked that the bartenders always smiled and always surprised with different cocktails. The boys in the pool were always joking and cheerful. I felt safe and at home in this hotel. I will definitely go back!

We was rest with a large family in this hotel in September 2025. It was the best vacation. We felt at home in this hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and very cozy. The service staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. Every day the guys greeted us with smiles. The best animation Abdo and Nastya work here. Guys, thank you very much for your warm attention to tourists. You charge us with kindness and fun with your energy. We were glad to be surrounded by you. It was always fun with you, you create an incredible atmosphere together. Thank you for a great vacation, we will come back to you many more times❤️❤️❤️

I was there for 7 days it was a good vacation we enjoyed there actually food was so good and also the stuff was so helpful animation was active and always there I recommend this hotel

It was a nice vacation we enjoyed there really the hospitality was so good and all the stuff was so nice animation team also was good there was activities everyday near the pool and also show every night thanks for make our vacation better

Beautiful room two king size beds for me and my daughter and room off that for my grandchildren. With their own bathroom.

The staff were amazing. Sunbeds and towels brought to us so no queuing. Excellent waiter service. Didn’t have to go to the bar as our drinks were replenished straightaway.

100% lifeguard attendance round pool. Beauty treatments good and hairdressers. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely gutted, advised 10 days before we we due to fly on, that the wave pool would be shut for maintenance, so as we were a party of 6 going there wasn't other availability for other hotels in that area at that price! So we went. However what we found, was that the "maintenance work" they were doing on the wave pool was in fact burning all the old paint etc off. And this was just outside our room!
Therefore we couldn't open our patio doors as the room stank of burning paint. We complained to the rep about who did nothing and to easy jet who also did nothing. All they said was that we knew about the pool closure.
Sorry to say but apart from the Absolutely amazing hotel staff, waiters, barmen, pool men and cleaners, this holiday was rubbish.

Just arrived Home from a lovely week away.
The room we had for 2 adults and two children. The children had a separate room and bathroom which was great the beds were comfy and massive queen sized.
Staff were lovely 😍 Pool supervisor helped me few times with my sons frequent nose bleeds. The life guards took this very seriously, saw them get children out that didn't have arm bands or a parent by the pool. They were the same at the wave pool constantly watching and blowing whistle keeping all safe. The boys loved the slides which again were manned at the top and the bottom.
Sun beds were set up each day with our towels and the pool bar staff came around constantly asking if we wanted a drink. The only problem we encountered were allot of Russians that were not so gracious in queuing and quite rude to us and Staff.
Food was good but my children struggled to find something. The evening BBQ meats were lovely and I preferred those nights of the fresh meats and salad bar. Breakfast was good pancakes freshly made and waffles. Fresh omelette and plenty of breads. I could always find something. Sports bar showed the football so boys happy in their and pool tables at the back they could hire for 1 hour and pay 100 EGP (approx £1.50)
The shop on site had crisps and chocolate ect.. that was fairly priced and the restaurants next door good for afternoon lunch that u could grab takeaway to the pool. That was burgers, nuggets or sandwiches. Pizzas on day brought out to the pool area freshly cooked and had a cocktail/mocktail bar pop up one day too. Able to have the room late check out due to not leaving until 6pm manager didn't charge either.
Staff were truly amazing and the cleaning staff also were lovely and kept room fresh and clean with a few days of Swans and flowers when we came back.
Beach was a bit of a trek away as its located at the sister hotel across the road. Very small square and the sea was sectioned off for each hotel. Shops and restaurant very close and 10 min walk to Geneva shopping mall. Hotel is in a good location.
We had an amazing time and felt very rested.
The spa had a lovely lady Chardia who did me a lovely relaxing facial and gave me a lovely hair wash and blow dry on the last day. My hair look great so worth doing.

It’s not first time in this hotel I consider my home. The hotel is located on 2 lines, but you can’t use the other one without permission from reception . Room super clean , all staff very friendly , some of them not speak English well but still do all effort to help us .
Food need to improve this time not good might be good for Russian people, we know hotel great my be for Russian not for all English people.

I saw animation team spoke only with Russian before spoke with all guest

The hotel was more a 3 stars in my eyes, the room was spacious but the cleanliness wasn’t up to par for a 5* hotel. The catering staff wasn’t helpful at all. We had to wear a band around our wrists there was 3 different types of bands, gold, mixed colour that was red white and blue and a black band, when I asked about the bands what they meant they said in Brocken English English vip, I thought nothing more but as the days went by I found out the bands are a category not a vip at all, gold bands is to identify you as English, the multi coloured one meant Russian, and the black was Arabic nothing more.
On day two we where told if you want to get better treatment you have to tip the staff for better service and then latter that day we had a Egyptian lifeguard come to us asking a tip as he’s going on holiday I found to be really cheeky.
The hotel brochure is deceitful as the wave pool isn’t on all the time is switched on and off if left on for more than they say the manager is shouting at the lifeguard to switch it off. The slide is open from 11ish to lunchtime and the closed till 3 and then closed at 5. The beach is a good 20ish walk to get to and it’s very small and dirty.
We kept getting harassed by the spa people asking us to choose what we would like for treatment and kindly declined but he proceeded to try talk us into it.
The food buffet wasn’t mainly for the Russian people, there was not a lot of different food there the English people could eat apart from rice chips and spaghetti. There was a lady there that told us that she was allergic to sea food and catering staff was cooking sea food outside on the bbq.
One of the staff members that could talk a little English said that they where required to learn Russian so when we asked for something we were told sorry no English but when the Russian asked them something the where able to have a full blown conversation.
There was absolutely no entertainment for adults or children during the day or night. The kids and ourselves were very bored after 3 days. At one point we couldn’t wait to get back home that’s how bad it was not to mention the duty looks we got from the Russians and how arrogant they where towards us we will never be returning back to Egypt again

Definitely not a 5* but the staff are fantastic
Pros:
Room was plenty big enough for a family of 4, 2 big beds, a shower and a bath, cleaned daily and to a good standard. 3 pools to splash about in and 1 that was for the slides. No need to rush down at silly o'clock as the staff made sure you got a sunbed.
Slides open at 10.30-12.30 then 3-5.
Wave pool had waves on the hour from 10am.
If you tipped the bar staff, we did £5, and we didn't have to keep going to the bar, drinks arrived even when we didn't ask!
1pm the English restaurant opened for burgers, nuggets etc and this was our life saver! It's next to the supermarket by the lobby.
The mermaid bar served ice cream at 2pm and this is where we would end up most nights for a drink.
Air con in all inside areas was lovely and we kept our room air con on by putting in a store loyalty card in the switch.
The fix price shop in town is extremely cheap for snacks, drinks for your fridge and souvenirs.

Cons:
The food. Breakfast was ok, freshly cooked omelettes or fried eggs, breads, beef sausage, coffee were all nice, but chips were served breakfast and lunch. Not ever at dinner. It's an odd mix of food and very much aimed at Russians. (Who are the rudest people i have ever come across) we had to eat out at least 5 times of our 11 night holiday as the food was not good at all.
Only vodka, brandy, whisky and gin available and not of good quality. The only diet drink was coke zero and that ran out quite quickly.
We didn't touch the salads but still had a bout of Egypt belly at least one time each. This could have been because it was so very hot (41⁰), even at night(37⁰), and the pools were like a bath. Only 2 days we had a cold pool in the morning.
The ice is fine to have but the water is literally only good to wash with. Do not brush your teeth with tap water.
Yes you get hassled in the town but just ignore and keep walking.

I can't give it more than a 3 star rating because of the food.

Very poor entertainment nothing in the evenings especially for English people.. We went for a week that was a enough. We were ready to come home. Cater more for other countries than UK..Food not very good same every day cater again for other countries. Breakfast very poor. Room wasn't very clean. We wouldn't be going back . We were asked by a man that worked by the pool asked for a tip. Only been there for two days. I thought very cheeky.
