Fotos engañosas!!! Servicio Deficiente!!

La atención del personal

Cons:

Fotos engañosas, no recibimos el cuarto que se ofrecen en fotos, nos tocó un cuarto muy pequeño y ligeramente descuidado.
El agua caliente no era constante, demoraba en salir, si salía no se mantenía, al final salía tibia.
El alojamiento se ve antiguo, para lo que pagamos no siento que corresponda las 3 estrellas que posee.
Para el desayuno compramos 2 jugos adicionales, se nos dio un precio, y a la hora de retirarnos se nos quiso cobrar otro precio.
Solicite boleta a nombre de mi esposo, ya que el pago el viaje, pero no me la dieron ya que el no viajo con nosotros, me indicaron que por políticas de la empresa. De hecho al final, no me dieron ningún tipo de boleta.

Pros:

Personal muy atento, brindan una excelente atención y dan facilidades a los clientes. Son muy accesibles. Nosotros pedimos que nos adelantaran el desayuno porque no nos quedaríamos hasta el día siguiente y fueron muy amables.

Cons:

El ascensor es un poco antiguo y algo lento; sin embargo, el personal fue muy amable y el resto de las instalaciones estuvieron muy bien.

Cerca al estadio, bien
Pros:

La amabilidad de las señoritas de recepción tanto de madrugada y de día es estupendo, son muy colaboradoras, la ubicación es buena para ir a conciertos del estadio nacional

Cons:

La habitación tenía olor a humedad, son alfombras y es posible que sea el problema, nos tocó el verano de Lima y el ventilador que tiene la habitación no hemos sentido de mucho confort, pensamos que podríamos mejorar en sus instalaciones para el precio que se cobra

Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno, podías pedir varias opciones y la ubicación está muy central.

Cons:

La ventana no estaba muy bien ubicada.

Pros:

Personal fue muy atento y amable.
La ubicación es céntrica como para salir a caminar o tomar la micro/bus que deja afuera del hotel.

Cons:

El Internet era inestable e intermitente en las habitaciones. El único lugar donde funcionaba bien era en la entrada y comedor.
No todas las habitaciones tenían frigobar.
Los enchufes eran antiguos y se salían al conectarlos.

Mala relacion calidad-precio

El personal es muy amable y el lugar es muy limpio. Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Pésima relacion calidad-precio. Cobran 180 por noche y supuestamente es 3 estrellas. La verdad que el wifi es super malo, basicamente inoperativo. La habitación NO CUENTA CON SMARTV en pleno 2026. Y lo peor de todo es el desayuno, de solido solo dan huevos con pan y dicen que es americano. El americano lleva jamon y queso y eso no lo dan. Un desayuno muy pobre para lo que cuesta el servicio. Es un precio muy inflado con la excusa de la ubicación.
