Fantastiskt! Gillade att det kändes så familjärt. Så lugnt. Så stressfritt. Man kände sig verkligen inbjudan i nåns hem.

Das war der Höhepunkt unserer Reise! Sowohl die liebevoll hergerichtete Unterkunft als auch die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, die Marianne und Michael für uns zubereitet hatten, haben wir sehr genossen! Uns hat der Kontakt mit den anderen Gästen an der langen Tafel gut gefallen. Mit dem Rad von Norden kommend hatten wir einen steilen Anstieg bezwungen und wurden reich belohnt. Vielen Dank!

Eierne er rett og slett helt fantastiske, de serverer god mat og god drikke, i tillegg til masse kunnskap og fantastisk atmosfære. Absolutt must-visit.

Quaint country house off the beaten path. Amazing for a quiet night in the countryside versus a typical hotel. The rooms were updated and clean. Michael and Marianne (the owners) were wonderful! Def book the surprise dinner during your stay…. The whole experience was magical!!

The setting, the warmth of hospitality from Marianne & Michael. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, prepared and served with love and total commitment !

Et yderst veligennemtænkt retreat, hvor hver eneste detalje oser af komfort og velvære. Fire smukke værelser med lækre senge deler en stue med dejlig pejs. Man kan spise middag i et andet smukt rum, hvor den schweiziske vært og kok laver skøn mad på lokale råvarer med udsøgt vin til. Vi vandrede ved naturreservatet på Bjäre halvøen den ene dag og ved Kullen den anden dag. Herligt!

Wonderful place, amazing hospitality !!

Marianne and Michael are consummate professionals, charming, delightful and their hospitality is second to none. Soeder is an old farm steading which was converted many years ago and Marianne and Michael have owned and run it as a boutique country house hotel since 2019.

When we arrived we were welcomed by Marianne and shown to our lovely room with a view out over the fields and we had a fantastic night’s sleep in the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. Our room had an en-suite bathroom and everything we could possibly want or need was provided. It was so quiet and relaxing and we felt very cared for.

We decided to have the surprise dinner in the dining room where there is a seating area for drinks before dinner and then we shared a large table with the three other couple who were also staying that night at the hotel. There are only four double rooms at the hotel.

We had the most enjoyable and memorable evening with the most delicious food cooked and presented by Michael who told us about all the food, where it was sourced locally and how it was cooked and there were recommended wines for each course which he also talked about and you can pay by the glass for your drinks and have as many wines as you choose which is perfect. We had such a fun time with the other guests and I shall always remember the evening with fondness.

After a lovely comfortable night’s sleep, we had a delicious breakfast and then sadly departed to continue on our travels in Sweden.

The professional, friendly, welcoming hospitality from Marianne and Michael was superb. Their attention to detail with everything from accommodation to food and wine was first class and it was one of the most enjoyable stays I have had anywhere in the world and I highly recommend Soeder Countryhouse and Kitchen and I hope we will be able to stay there again one day.

En riktig pärla. Avkopplande och vacker plats. Rummet var fantastiskt fint. Uppskattade särskilt den lilla vinylspelaren. Sköna sängar. Maten var en riktig upplevelse. Rekommenderas varmt.

Absolut fantastik ophold. Det mest imødekommende og opmærksomme par der serverede lækkert mad og fremragende vine. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vil klart anbefale at besøge dette lille ekslusive hotel.
