Pros:

The location was great, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean and neat. We didn't have the breakfast, so can unfortunately not comment on that

Cons:

The bathroom was just bit small, mainly the shower, but it was clean and for weekend break was more than what you needed

Pros:

La habitación era hermosa, tenían té o café, te dejan agua. El baño y la habitación demasiado hermosa, limpio todo. El personal demasiado amable y en realidad volveríamos allí.

Excellent hôtel où tout,depuis le pdj,la chambre ou le personnel est au service du confort du client
Pros:

Un personnel très à l'écoute de nos besoins tout en étant très sympathique et souriant. Un confort optimal (grande salle de bain et d'eau en même temps, excellente literie, chambre insonorisée, très grande et très propre, avec bouteilles d'eau renouvelées, pour une situation en ville exceptionnelle ( à 3 minutes à pied du centre). Le petit déjeuner est fantastique (salé chaud et froid de grande qualité et très diverse, grande variété de sucré, presque tout fait maison et tous les jours quelques nouvelles préparations, fruits, diverses boissons chaudes et froides) et la salle est jolie et assez grande pour ne pas être gênés par les voisins. Un soin particulier est apporté tous les jours à la propreté des communs qui sont très joliment décorés. On a l'impression de séjourner dans un palace mais avec un accueil comme à la maison qui fait que l'on s'y sent bien. Le taxi pour l'aéroport vient vous chercher devant la porte.

The Pollera is an archetype of a Mitteleuropa hotel that will add to your visit to Kraków.
Pros:

The halls, rooms and public areas of the Pollera are lined with photographs of the hotel from earlier ages, and one feels that the warm spirit of hospitality from the hosts extends back to those days too. The rooms are very comfortable, with good beds and exceptional pillows. The Breakfast is delicious. It made an ideal spot for a visit to Kraków, and we'd return in a heartbeat.
