Zeer schoon en sfeervol hotel op een perfecte locatie!
Pros:

Zeer schoon, heerlijke bedden, perfecte locatie, lekker ontbijt, mooi oud gebouw, moderne, ruime familiekamer en inrichting passend bij de oude stijl van het hotel.
Parkeren kon op de binnenplaats van het hotel.
Wij zouden dit hotel zeker wel aanraden!

Cons:

Warme kamer, geen airco, dus ventilator aan en raam open, maar buiten lawaaierig. Dit maakte ons niet uit, maar voor slechte slapers is het wellicht niet ideaal.

Geen minibar of koelkastje op de kamer.

Ontbijt voor kind van 7 jaar moest betaald worden tegen dezelfde prijs als voor een volwassene (zie afbeelding 1 ontbijt van kind). Dit was wat buiten proportie.

Milujeme tento hotel
Pros:

Vždy jsem moc ráda, že v tomto hotelu můžu bezpečně zaparkovat na dvoře za bránou. Parkování stojí 100 zł na den, ale jedná se o parkování v úplném centru Krakowa a ráda si za to zaplatím. Hotel je dog friendly, v apartmánu byly připraveny keramické misky. Byli jsme v apartmánu Deluxe. Apartmán je dobře vybavený, má klimatizaci, myčku, pračku, lednici, konvici, vanu atd. Vše jsme využili. Postele pohodlné. Dostali jsme několik lahví vody a bonbóny Krówki na uvítanou. Máme tento hotel moc rádi a každý rok se sem vracíme. Myslím, že to je nejlepší hotel pro motoristy, rodiny s dětmi a pro psy. Je zde dobrá atmosféra, personál je milý a ochotný.

Cons:

Peřiny jsou takové těžké a neprodyšné. Škoda, že klimatizace je jen v kuchyni a obývacím pokoji, bohužel není v tom druhém pokoji. V tom druhém pokoji jsem musela na noc otevřít okno a z venku šel slyšet strašný hluk aut a křik lidí a to mě budilo.

Wonderful building in old town, excellent breakfast, big room, little bit weak wi-fi.
Pros:

Beautiful building in the heart of old town, personnel was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Big spacious room.

Cons:

Some wear and tear was visible (wallpaper was little bit peeling off at the edges), wi-fi signal was rather weak.
