Great hotel in a very good location!
Pros:

Location is good, close to both the main train station and old town. Google map shows a much longer walk from the station but this is not accurate. Room is nice and comfortable, smells nice too and very clean. Water pressure is good, beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. I will certainly stay here again.

Cons:

Small shower area but it's still manageable.

Great Stay and will most definitely be back.
Pros:

The location, the quality and helpfulness of the staff.
Our room was excellent, housekeeping was great.

Cons:

Everything with the hotel and stay were great, a hotel bar may have been nice. It wasn't by any means a negative though. There were plenty of others very close to.

Legendárny hotel na tichom mieste Krakova
Pros:

Krásny historický hotel neďaleko hlavnej vlakovej stanice.Mal som izbu do dvora,pretože som chcel kľud pred odletom do Nórska.Raňajky veľký výber a kavomat úžasný,taký ani v horských hoteloch nemali.🙂

Cons:

Možno 1 program v televízii v českom alebo slovenskom jazyku 🙂

Lokalizacja świetna. Śniadanie dobre, szkoda, że drogie (60 zł/osobę). Hotel elegancki, klimatyczny, stylowy.

Cons:

Brak lodówki w pokoju. Brak internetu (mimo obietnic nikt z personelu nic z tym nie zrobił). Słaba wentylacja w łazience. Słabe wyciszenie, zarówno od ulicy, jak i od korytarza.
Zamówiłem pokój 2 osobowy, dostaliśmy 4 osobowy - p.Recepcjonistka stwierdziła, że to "bonus" dla nas, bo mamy większy pokój (?? - po co??)
