excellent location, superb staff, old charm, in the city center
Cons:

a little bit of noise in AM as they start cleaning very early. This old hotel has a lot of charm but it is not soundproofed.

Charming hotel that I would be happy to recommend
Pros:

This charming hotel is located near the center of Krakow. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The room was a bit small but still comfortable. There is a lift however walking up the staircase with it's beautiful stained glass windows is worth the effort. They provide a good buffet breakfast for an extra cost.
