Pros:

The staff (concierge, not housekeeping) were incredibly helpful. The waitstaff were also great.

Cons:

The bed was made up in a way that created a huge lump running down the middle from head to toe, effectively dividing the bed in two.
Also, we seemed to have two housekeeping teams—an A team, and a “not A” team. One left extra towels at our request, the other took them away. One replaced dirty glasses, the other did not.

Fui d e carro e não consegui chegar ate o hotel. Através de ligação não tivemos muita ajuda. Cancela fechada e não conseguimos que abrissem. Paramos carro na estação e andamos 30 min

Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, la habitacion tiene muy buen tamaño, tuvimos que hacer upgrade para que nos den una cama doble. El unico tema es que no hay placards! tiene solo dos cajones y un lugar muy chiquito con 4 perchas. Para ese nivel de cuarto es muy poco el espacio.

Cons:

No tenia placard y las puertas del baño son de vidrio lo que hace que haya poca privacidad.

La colazione, il letto comodo, l'idromassaggio nell'area spa, lo staff molto cordiale

Percorso troppo lungo per arrivare alla camera, nell'area piscina non circolava l'aria e non c è zona relax, avevo chiesto piano basso, ma non ci era disponibilità
