Nice rooms, good breakfast

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. The staff helped us in every way possible.

2 Zimmer gebucht, beide sehr sauber. Empfang freundlich, Frühstück reichhaltige Auswahl, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Lage des Hotels ist super, mit der Tram in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt.
Prag ist mehr als einfach nur sehenswert. Einfach beeindruckend.

We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind. The hotel is a little bit out of the main town but very close to the tram stop so it was very easy to get into town. Only downside is that they didn’t change our towels when they say they do on the third day.

Located out of the old town, but only 2 or 3 stops by tram from the very centre. Many tram lines pass by the stop that is just around the corner. My room was bright, spacious and very clean. Reception closes at 8 pm. Didn't get to try the breakfast.

La situation est tres convenable, légèrement en retrait des axes de circulation, tout en étant a proximité des transports en commun et des commerces

The bathroom was clean and comfortable, especially the shower. The room felt clean. Didn’t like stained sheets as well as carpet and walls.

Vi havde 3 overnatninger i 3 familie værelser, de var alle ganske udemærket. Air con og køleskab fungerede. Gulvtæppet var en anelse slidt, men det ændrede ikke på vores generelle oplevelse af at der var rent og pænt. Det ligger 2 min gågang til sporvognen så ganske nemt at komme rundt.
Hotellet havde kun 4 parkeringspladser, så de har et samarbejde med et hotel der ligger 300 m væk, her parkerede vi og gav 900 tjekkiske for alle dagene, så det fungerede fint. Og vil heller gå lidt med bagage end parkere på de smalle gader.

I just liked the hotel, it was nice and the location was perfect for our needs.

Soweit ist die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlenswert: Günstig, geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ab dem 2. Tag folgte Verstopfung und der Kaffee war miserabel, sodass wir dann doch auf die Lidlbackwarenabteilung ausgewichen sind. Zudem ist der „Schampoo und Duschgel“ Spender mit herkömmlicher Seife gefüllt, was wir so nicht erwartet hätten.

Appalling experience at this hotel. I left a bag in my room containing my luggage and some very expensive items including fragrances, sunglasses and unopened bottles of high value patron and they stole the high value items and claimed that they knew nothing of them. The manager was very nonchalant about the issue when I showed up to collect my item and didn’t even attempt to investigate. Don’t stay here they are dishonest.
