Avoid this hotel
Pros:

Hotel located on a very unsafe neighborhood, no paved roads,no signs and totally accessible from the road. Located in Taganga, not in Santa Marta as advertised, Miles way from . Not recommended at all. Avoid this hotel at all cost, or you and your family will be in danger driving to get to it, We tried to contact the hotel for directions, and they never picked up the phone, we spent hours driving around and hotel never answered. Bad experience !
