Pros:

The breakfast was really good, the service in general went excellent, the person attending the Breakfast service was alone but she handled the service very excellent . The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only two things that I Recommend can improve is the pool temperature because was too cold and in my reservation was offered an Crib but it wasn't provided, finally it wasn't needed.

Perfect spot to rest on busy days out!
Pros:

Good location for our plans while in Columbus. Plenty of parking, hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good, had good options, and the offerings in the room were a nice added perk (Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash) overall great hotel!

Cons:

No complaints.

Pros:

attentive staff, especially the guy working the breakfast area. He was really on the ball keeping everything stocked, clean and the garbage taken care of.

We would stay there again in a minute!
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, well stlcked, and the food area was kept very clean.

Love this location. Staff outstanding
Pros:

Came here because of travel to zoo. We always stay at holiday inn express love the rooms and free breakfast.
We were given a great room close by because of my mobility issues
We were also allowed early check in!

Cons:

Pool only 4 ft deep

It was ok.
Pros:

Liked the shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc was provided in the bathroom. Ice maker on every floor. Breakfast was decent. Location was super convenient for our event.

Cons:

Beds weren't comfortable. The elevator was soo slow. The last 2 days we were there, the luggage carts went missing and the front desk didn't seem to want to find out who had kept them in their rooms. This was a big inconvenience! Housekeeping wasn't great. We has 4 guests but every day only had 3 sets of towels. Front desk added a note about getting another set but that didn't work so had to ask for another set every night during our stay.
