Gistum tvær nætur og keyrðum út frá hótelinu Norðurfjörð, Ingólfsfjörð og í sund í Krossneslaug.
Pros:

Yndislegt starfsfólk, notaleg herbergi, góð rúm, einstaklega góður matur, ekkert mál þó að wc væri sameiginlegt. Fórum í skoðunarferð í gegnum gömlu Síldarverksmiðjuna vorum svo heppin að vera bara tvö og fengum kynninguna á íslensku, algjörlega ómissandi að fara þessa skoðunarferð.

Piccolo hotel in un paesino nei fiordi a 1 ora e mezzo di strada sterrata dall' insediamento abitato più vicino.
Struttura molto caratteristica e piacevole, colazione ottima.

Cons:

Pochi bagni per il numero di stanze.

Muy original. La cama muy cómoda y la comida que servían era estaba muy buena.
Tienen una exposición de arte en los edificios abandonados que están al lado y era bastante interesante, no me lo esperaba en un sitio tan remoto.

Cons:

Por poner algo que no podíamos cocinar nuestra propia comida, pero no pasa nada porque la cena que nos dieron estaba buena y el desayuno estaba incluido

Absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce z duszą i wspaniałą historią, czyste i świetna kuchnia, absolutny top!
Pros:

Absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce z duszą ! Już po wejściu jest uczucie trochę schroniska górskiego top class i dobrego hotelu z niesamowitą historią.
Byliśmy z trójką dzieci i od samego początku byliśmy zachwyceni, pokoje świetne z umywalkami, miejsca wspolne bardzo przytulne. Byliśmy wniebowzięci! Miejsce ma wiele lat, a jest utrzymane w doskonałej czystości.

Side hint - 40 minut droga na północ jest niesamowity basen termalny z widokiem na ocean i góry lodowe.

Bardzo polecamy i pozdrawiamy gospodarzy !

Gamalt hús með sál og sögu
Pros:

Þetta er einstök upplifun. Maður fer inn í söguna í fullkominni friðsæld. Staðurinn er magnaður, herbergin er pínu lítil og full af sögu. Andrúmsloftið er dásamlegt. Ég mæli mjög mikið með að fara í ferð um verksniðjuna.

Cons:

Ef maður veit út ú hvað maður er að fara. Semsagt gamalt hús með sál og sögu en ekki nútíma flottheit þá er ekkert út á þetta að setja.

Djupavik 4°Tappa favolosa
Pros:

Il posto è meraviglioso, l'area ristoro della struttura è calda e confortevole con te e caffe gratuiti. La cena con un pesce fresco buonissimo e la colazione gustosissima con pane fatto da loro delizioso e ottime marmellate. I letti molto comodi.

Cons:

Gli asciugamani da cambiare secchi e ruvisdi. La camera piccole come il bagnetto condiviso.

Charming and cozy little hotel
Pros:

Charming and cozy historic little hotel in a superb setting. The staff was lovely and the food was great. Perfect stopover location for this area of the Westfjords.

Cons:

It is an old building so not soundproof. This did not bother me (and they provide earplugs) but some might find that difficult. Also the road in is well maintained gravel/dirt. I was able to drive it easily in my low power FWD rental but I drive dirt roads at home. But you will not be driving 80km/h so adjust your drive time from Google maps calculating paved road.
