Location couldn’t be better!
Pros:

The location on the river was amazing! Everything we wanted to see and do was close and walkable!! Rooms were clean and comfortable

We had a big concern, there were mutiple dried blood stains and other stains on all of the sheets inboth beds. I personally asked housekeeping for all new, clean sheets and linens and it was never done, very disappointing and not acceptable.

They charged me extra for the breakfast. On the bookings it said breakfast is on the house. We were 4 people and on site they told us its only for 2 although its not mentioned anywhere on the booking. I had booked for 4 so I expected breakfast for 4. They took the security deposit and still have not paid back. Yesterday called them and said will look into and asking intricately and giving such an answer that it seems like a very difficult thing to return me my security deposit.

Right on the river! Clean and not too outdated. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!

Cons:

Our room didn’t have a plug for charger for phone. Had to go get a plug in box.

Great location
Pros:

Such a great location on the Riverwalk! The hotel said it was fully booked but we never felt crowded. Elevators were quick, property was clean, and the room had great views of the river. We had a family room which was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Walkable to so many restaurants and activities. Plan to stay here on our next trip back to Chicago.
