Cons:

$39 breakfast buffet + $5 tax
cost is not acceptable. Children are $20. I’m financially set and had a large wedding reception for my daughter some years ago .. but no more functions when my guests have to pay over the top for buffet breakfast. Shame on Marriott / Sheraton decision makers.

Décevant. Seul l'emplacement est exceptionnel
Cons:

Hotel pas à la hauteur des étoiles mises.
Petit déjeuner hors de prix (38€) pour être dans une salle très moche sans aucune vue.
Nous sommes restés deux jours et la chambre n'a pas été faite malgré notre demande expresse.

Yes I'd love to tell you more when I book The stay. I upgraded to a double room due to the fact I was traveling with three people when I got to the property they set a double room meant two beds I said no on the paperwork here it says a double room that's why I upgraded they said sorry it's just too beds. I had deluxe double room. Can anybody tell me what was deluxe about this or what the upgrade was I surely would love to know..... I talked to the front desk they told me yeah that just means too beds. I asked them so what's my upgrade then they said they didn't know I also have contacted Marriott

Cons:

No bath robes, slippers, wall mounted make up mirrors, extra blankets.
Our TV did not work. Had to call for help.
Most outlets, charging stations did not work, furniture old and dated.
Breakfast buffet was not good at all, most cooked items were not fresh, pasteties and bagels were really low quality, waffles were over done. No juices choice...

Great view, great staff, great location.
Pros:

Got two adjoining rooms and third room on same floor-amazing view out the window looking down the river. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Gym well equipped.

Cons:

Nothing. Hotel a little dark and a little generic decor but clean and well equipped and loved the location. Close to everything but tucked away but the river so not a ton of external traffic right outside etc.

Good location but service level below expectations
Pros:

The location was great, close to The magnificent mile for shopping and dinning.

Cons:

All the accessories must be requested via the service desk: indoor slippers, shaver, cotton sticks. I booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms beds were not made for 2 of 5 days. We had feedback to the server desk for the first time but missed again for the 2nd time. This is not the service level the Sheraton I used to know in the past. I was very surprised and disappointed.

The location is great, but the poor check in process made for a very disappointing start to our stay.

I was very disappointed with my check in experience, especially for the amount I paid for 3 nights. For a hotel at this price point, I expected a much smoother experience. The check in time was at 4pm, but I waited almost two hours before receiving a room. I kept being told the delay was due to housekeeping, yet no room had even been assigned to us and no one could provide an estimated time for when it would be ready. I understand that hotels can experience unexpected delays, but the lack of communication was the most frustrating part. I was left waiting in the lobby with no clear updates while the hotel had already collected payment for our stay.
