Overall, the hotel is quite good and clean. Initially, I was given a different room from the one I had booked through Booking.com. However, after I spoke to the reception staff, they moved me to the correct room. The hotel offers good value for money. The location is also quite convenient, as it is only two metro stops away from the main attractions.
No drinking water is provided in the rooms, which I consider a major drawback. A bottle of water costs only a few dozen cents in a store, so I do not understand why the hotel cannot provide guests with at least a couple of bottles. This causes considerable inconvenience.
The breakfasts are too light, with hardly any substantial or filling options. In addition, there are no labels identifying the dishes. It is also unclear why there are no coffee machines or hot-water dispensers available during breakfast. Tea and coffee are served by the waitstaff, so guests have to wait for them to be brought.
The drink served as tea can hardly be called tea. It gives the impression that a single tea bag is used for the entire morning. It is difficult to understand the reason for such excessive cost-cutting.
