Was ok price could be slightly lower for what’s actually provided

AC was working amazingly
Location was pretty good to go to Knott’s soak city

Cons:

Breakfast was just a muffin.
High Homeless and drug traffic
Wasn’t many plugs in the room so had to unplug the microwave to charge my phone at night.
Pool was tiny and right on a busy street.

I would stay here again with my family. Everything was great.

Ofrecían muy buen servicio al cliente, había personal que hablaba español y los que no lo hablaban no te discriminaban al contrario trataban de ayudarte al igual que había desayuno ligero y sabroso y la alberca y spa muy cómodos

In the reality swimming pool is very small (well done photos ;))

Cons:

Poor breakfast (in 99% sweets) and what is worse - disposable tableware. Extremetely unecological, massive waste.

Pros:

It was not clean. I took off my shoes and my feet got filthy. The air didn't really cool the room. Our TV was completely in Spanish, we dont speak Spanish so could not figure out how to get it off. When I called the checking desk he said there was nothing he could do but maintenance would be in at 11:00 pm. we were asleep by then. I also got up with bites all over my legs. would not recommend.
