O café é bem básico - só coisas doces e café . O quarto é bem espaçoso.

O quarto era de um tamanho bom para a familia ficar toda junto.

Cons:

O atendimento em um momento de stress - acabou a água quente do hotel. No primeiro dia, estava morna. No segundo, estava gelada. Perguntamos o que houve, nos informaram que iriam arrumar só no dia seguinte (terceiro dia em que estaríamos lá). A gente passa o dia inteiro caminhando em parques e chega com a família a noite para tomar banho e dormir - no inverno, água fria. Falamos que iriamos solicitar a mudança de hotel caso nao fosse arrumado e a pessoa respondeu "it's understandable". No final, chegamos a noite e a água estava quente. Ufa!

Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Bon emplacement pour un bon rapport qualité prix. Voiture nécessaire si on veut aller à Disney.
Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix et parking gratuit. Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Le ménage est fait tous les jours, mais pas le sol de notre chambre qui était sale. Ce qui est étrange car à part cela, c'est très propre.

It is good overall, I really like the service
Pros:

I always live in this hotel when I come for visiting southern California because the staff are very friendly especially staff who have been cleaning room and serving breakfast. Definitely it is good location

Cons:

Usually everything is so good. However this time the persons who live upstair make to much noises walking back and forth until 3 am in the morning, it was really annoying me. I did not complain about it, but when it happend again, what should I do? Thanks
