Categories

Cleanliness
5.8
Mixed but concerning: several reports of roaches and dirty sheets alongside some guests saying rooms were clean. Serious hygiene issues lowered this score.
Service
8.9
Mostly positive interactions reported (staff described as nice/Excelente atención), though there are notable isolated incidents of rudeness and unresponsiveness from front desk/management that hurt some stays.
Location
9.4
Consistently praised for proximity to attractions (Disney, Knott's, Medieval Times) — a strong positive across many reviews.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed: some updated, roomy and comfortable rooms, but issues reported with pillows (crumbled foam), uneven floors, older building attributes, mini-fridge problems and occasional pests/noisy neighbors.
Amenities
6
Underwhelming: pool was unusable for some (mosquitoes), mini-fridge/freezer and vending/soda machine lacking or nonfunctional, small parking and limited in-room amenities.
Value for Money
9.4
Frequently described as a good value or suitable budget option — guests often felt the price matched what was offered.
Food and Beverage
5
Frequently criticized: breakfast described as very limited (mostly carbs), lacking proteins/fruit, bland coffee and complaints in multiple reviews about insufficient offerings.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall mixed but generally acceptable for budget travelers: strong location and value offset cleanliness and F&B issues; some guests had very negative experiences while others were satisfied.

Worst experience I had in my whole life
Pros:

Notging

Cons:

The sewage water came backed up from the tub drain and we had to call the front desk at 1:30 am and the foul smell was covering the whole room. I sent a complain email to the manager but received no response. The next day the front desk staff called my room and frustrated my children while I was out of the hotel for not modifying our booking while I had modified and extended our stay through booking.com and had received a confirmation code and got verbally informed that they have confirmed with the hotel. The staff was so rude and demanding. He talked very bad to me and my kids.
