Comfortable, met standard expectations, and I would stay again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the quality of the stay. The bed was very comfortable, with effective blackout curtains and other expected amenities. I used the gym daily and found the facilities perfectly adequate. I was effectively confined to the property for four days due to the storm, and I would stay here again without hesitation because of the cost performance. All expectations for a standard hotel were met. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as I did not have it.

Cons:

There was one staff member in particular whose performance was markedly poor. This individual appeared consistently misinformed, on multiple occasions shifted their responsibilities onto other staff members, and was unkind to colleagues they seemed to view as subordinate, referring to the cleaning staff as “the kitchen lady.”

Some of the room’s detailing may not meet the cleanliness standards some guests expect. This was not a significant issue for me, as someone who has traveled to more than 30 countries and stayed in accommodations ranging from basic hostels with mosquito nets to historic hotels in Paris.

This is not The Omni.

Wouldn’t return. Checked out early
Pros:

Location is good rooms are a good size

Cons:

Very dated. Unfriendly staff. Cockroaches in bathroom. Bugs in bed. Mould around bath. Hallways smelled really bad
