Cons:

My room 223 had bad smell and the AC buttons were broken. Couldn't tell if it was on the fan mode or AC mode . Had to play with it a few times to get it to AC mode.

Great location. With DART orange line you can go straight to the center of Dallas. Great complementary shuttle bus.
Pros:

Big room, super clean. Fridge and kettle. AC.

They have only use cutlery. No eco friendly.

Upgraded rooms, offers complimentary shuttle to/fro DFW, decent fitness center.
Pros:

The rooms are upgraded compared to other Comfort Inn. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle ride to/fro DFW airport which is very convenient. The shuttle driver, Srikant, was courteous and polite. The fitness center is quite decent. I did not use the breakfast but seemed like a standard continental one. They also keep lemon infused water which was nice.

Cons:

Not much. There was a dead cockroach in the closet, but other than that, room was clean.
