YOU WILL LOOSE SLEEP

You cannot sleep during the DAY. My family and I had a several hours delayed flight. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel did not inform us they are under construction. We lost sleep as there were continuous drilling and hammering heard in the bedroom. Look at top floor, all open windows, under construction. This not an emergency repair but LONG TERM RENOVATION.
I SPOKE TO THE HOTEL TEAM, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT.
THEY CONTINOUSLY LIE, WHEN CONSTRUCTION IS OBVIOUS.
DO NOT BOOK HERE. CAIRO HAS ENOUGH OTHER HOTELS.

Proven place to stay
Pros:

The big advantage was a fast track from the airport by hotel representative when picked me up. As I had Executive room the access to the lounge, welcome food & fruits at the room were just nice as well as complimentary minibar and hot drinks at the room as well.
The room was enough spacious, with good lightning and wi-fi coverage as well as the furniture was comfortable. Breakfast was fairly rich and providing good selection of local food. Well done and tank you and should return again

Cons:

Not really anything to complaint about but maybe to remark only. Having the special treatment for checking-in executive room guests has not really added value. The lady was efficient but verbal communication was bit difficult have to admit - English was good but speaking too fast, not loudly and mostly eye contact was completely absent = hardly to catch what was told.
During breakfast the used tables were not clean enough and prepared promptly for the next usage = servis could be improved.
