وانا بعمل check in مديرة العلاقات العامة طلبت مني ادفع deposit عشان طلباتي في الفندق وقولتلها أنا بنزل في جميع فنادق مصر محدش بيطلب الطلب دا خالص وقالتلي مكتوب علي بوكينج كدا ودخلنا لقينا مكتوب deposit عشان لو في اي damage حصل قالتلي لا دا عشان طلباتك في الفندق وقالتلي هعملك exception المرة دي بس فوجئت ان هيا عاملة الغرفة no credit ومن غير ما تبلغني ودا تصرف مش كويس وغير لائق وخصوصا اني نزلت في الفندق كذا مرة قبل كدة والكلام دا محصلش أبدا ودا مش تصرف مريح او مرضي تماما

I’ve tried many hotels in cairo, this is one of the best hotels in cairo.

Excellent in everything

Cons:

Nice Area near the airport, shuttle available, 24/7 service. Professional staff, super clean, safe and nearby the shopping areas.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service. I requested an airport shuttle outside of its regular operating schedule, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Their flexibility and willingness to assist made my travel much easier and left a lasting positive impression.
The overall experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate the hospitality and support I received throughout my stay.

A Very Special Hotel and Staff
Pros:

The staff were the best especially guest relations who helped greatly with reservations and making choices. I especially thank Ms.Juliet of the guest relations. I also liked the room service and cleaning staff even staff at the gate.

Cons:

I liked almost everything. The food and the room service.
