Pros:

Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über modern eingerichtete Zimmer und bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet an.

Cons:

Der angebotene Shuttle-Service hat bei unserer Anreise nicht geklappt. Die Ankunftshalle war durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt, was möglicherweise dazu geführt hat, dass der Fahrer uns nicht gefunden hat, (obwohl er die Flugnummer hatte). Ich sollte diesen anrufen, was aber nicht geklappt hat. Auch konnte das Hotel mich nicht erreichen, was wohl daran liegt, dass man als Ausländer eine Esim hat und damit eine andere Nummer. Ein Kontakt über WhatsApp wäre also besser bzw..leichter umzusetzen gewesen. Was ich nicht gut fand, war, dass das Personal am Empfang mir die "Schuld" zuweisen wollte und vorwurfsvoll darauf hingewiesen hat, dass der Fahrer auf uns warten würde, (nachdem wir auf eigene Rechnung ein Taxi genommen hatten). Es gab zwar ein Upgrade, aber so geht man m.E. nicht mit Gästen um!

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing beautiful property. Great restaurant selections, bank on property! Gated and super secure! Sort of difficult for Uber to find, but was worth the effort. Great staff! Welcome snacks and full bar! Wonderful

بصراحة هذا الفندق ليس مناسبا للعوائل المحافظة
Pros:

الشيء الوحيد لحبيته في الفندق كان سرعة الاستجابه عند طلب نظافة الغرفة أو طلبت طعاما في غرفتك

Cons:

كل مكان يدخنون حتي في داخل المطعم والمفروض ان يكون هناك مكان خاص للدخان بل ويقولون بصراحة لا يوجد مكان ممنوع من التدخين في مرافق الفندق!!

واحيانا فيه موسيقة صاخبة عند المسبح ماتقدر تنام في النهار

Best hotel in Cairo, the experience worth the value for sure
Pros:

The room view was exceptional, really beautiful and relaxing it was perfect for vacation time. The staff wear very friendly, flexible and professional. I loved the experience here, I booked 2 days but then i just extended to 7 days. Thanks for all the staff ( Mohammed, Majid and Madonna)

It’s really difficult to find something that I didn’t like, maybe the Garden cafe because they close at 11:30, but honestly i am just saying that because i loved to sit there every night. All thanks to the Garden cafe staff
