واجهت بعض المشاكل الصحية أثناء إقامتي في فندق كونكورد السلام، وأود أن أعبر عن خالص شكري وتقديري للأستاذ فادي ك. إبراهيم، مدير النوبة الليلية، على دعمه واهتمامه.
لقد قام بالاطمئنان عليّ ومتابعة حالتي والتأكد من تحسن صحتي، كما أرسل لي سلة فواكه كبيرة تعتبر لفتة كريمة وراقية. إن هذا الاهتمام الإنساني والتعامل المهني يعكسان مستوى عالياً من الرقي والحرص على راحة النزلاء.
كل الشكر والتقدير للأستاذ فادي على هذا التصرف النبيل.
لا شك ان فندق كونكورد السلام محظوظ بوجود شخص مثله ضمن فريق العمل.
Nous avons séjourné du 23.05 au 03.06 tout est impeccable .Retour dans cet hôtel 1 semaine après quelle déception .
Réservation le vendredi pour une arrivé le dimanche personne n'est venu me chercher dans l'aéroport ,on m'attendais à l'extérieur excuse vous avez réservé 24h avant .Arrivé à l'hotel j'avais réservé une chambre premier 540€ pour 4 nuits à mon arrivé un kleenex usagé par terre dans ma chambre ??? J'ai envoyé un mail aucune réponse

لقد كانوا يهتمون بأدق التفاصيل، ويحرصون دائمًا على أن تكون الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة ومريحة، مما جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة وسعادة.

I had a very pleasant stay at Concorde El Salam Hotel.
Special thanks to Mr. Hafiz Fahmy from the main reception for his kindness, politeness, and constant smile. He was very helpful and made guests feel welcome and comfortable.
The morning breakfast was also very good, especially with the beautiful pool view. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate the hospitality.
Comfortable and view is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful all the time. Special thanks to Muhammed, Jannet in reception.
