La caution de 100$ qui pour moi est normale a été lretirée toute suite de mon compte par contre j ai quitté l hôtel le 22/3 nous sommes le 25/3 et je n ai toujours pas récupéré mes 100$ j ai écrit à la réception pas de réponse à mon mail je ne trouve pas cela normal pour ce type d établissement

Terrific hotel, with good connections to the Airport
Pros:

The facilities at the hotel, the kindness displayed all the time by all the staff.

Cons:

The location / area around the hotel. It is not the hotels fault, but around the hotel is not appealing (visually). Its a massive half completed building site surrounding the hotel. The issue is due to the constant demolishing and expansion of buildings always going on in Cairo. Remember its a busy city with 22million people living in it.

Fantastic stay.
