It was clean.
No complementary breakfast.
Our car along with six other vehicles was broken into ( driver window broken out ) Their was no parking security and very poor lighting in the parking lot. However the hotel did not charge us for our one night stay.
The staff was great

The water to shower was either super cold or super hot, no in between.
Cleanliness ,
It was in a convenient area for our needs in Dallas and the lobby was very big and welcoming after a long drive.
The location was around heavy traffic right off the highway and construction on the roads made it take forever to get to the hotel. Obviously it's not the hotels fault but just worth noting.
The AC worked the best out of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I like it cold and was able to get it very chilly in my room!
The hotel is dated, but they're undergoing a remodel so I'm sure things will improve! The bed and pillows could've used an upgrade, but were fine for a weekend.
I believe there was mold in the hotel because we stayed sick after the pipe burst. We are home dealing with sinus infections. We like the servers in the cafeteria area. They were especially nice and pleasant. We asked for towels from the front desk and we never got them.
The staff was negative and someones vehicles got broken into which made us feel unsafe. We believe someone had gone into our room while we were gone because things were out of place.

Whoever made the decision to put a full-length mirror directly across from the toilet 3 and 1/2 ft away was brilliant, but besides that the stay was okay
Location was ideal for our needs to be close to the market center. And shuttle availability.
The whole place is under construction, I would have expected a lower rate than standard. I have to say we had no construction noise in the room, they did really good with that, we had brand new carpet on our floor. Bathrooms need updating too, I almost slipped twice in the tub. It's a good place we just had bad timing.

First of all the price was ridiculous for that one second I mean it was no upscale nothing it's just a regular old hotel but I guess because the World Cup was there in Dallas they were charging outrageous prices and I wasn't even part of that we were just we were just coming to drop my grandson off because he lives in Aledo we live in San Antonio so no I will never stay there again
