Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Great location to visit sites in and around Miraflores within walking distance. Lovely large room and ensuite.
Whilst location is good, it’s downfall is the amount of traffic that passes 24/7 and the associated noise and habit of Lima drivers to toot all the time. This was even evident from the 21st floor.
Good breakfast apart from the toaster that never worked properly.

Hermoso lugar, en una zona segura. El personal fue realmente amable, cordial y agradables, especialmente Walter (el señor de la entrada), Roger (el muchacho que está en zona de piletas) y Carla C. Fue super amorosa con nosotros. Siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades, prestaba atención a que todo esté perfecto y nos sintiéramos cómodos. Nos dio una clase MARAVILLOSA sobre cómo preparar pisco sauer, nos contó la historia, parte de los lugares históricos de Perú. Siempre muy prolija y educada. Gracias Carla por haber sido tannn amorosa con nosotros! Un abrazo para todos los empleados que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese inolvidable.
La habitación tenía un poco de olor a humedad y no tiene un buen sistema de ventilación.
Todos en el hotel son muy amables.

Rooms aren't soundproof. Hot water wasn't functioning on my last day of stay. The elevator needs to be reprogrammed. It took me for a "tour" for different floors up and down a few times.

Not much to be honest
The air conditioning was broken, I had to sleep in my top class 55 meter square from for 3 days before I got changed, it was 26C at night in the room.This should be all checked before a customer goes in there, especially for a premium room.
The gym was also broken!
Breakfast is poor at best!
De lokatie. Midden in het meest actieve deel van Miraflores.
Alles is er wel. Maar oud. De ene kraan werkt, de andere niet. De fans (badkamer) maken erg veel lawaai.
Very good service and the hotel went out of their way to accommodate our request for an early check in.
Our stay here so far has been one of our best hotel experiences. We have traveled throughout asia, south and central America, and across Europe and have never experienced staff that are this incredibly attentive and kind. Eli, Walter, Reuben and the many others who have hosted us have made our stay a 10 star experience. It's truly the staff that make the hotel. The food is also incredible, the rooms are spacious and everything is so clean. We feel so lucky to be staying here and cannot wait to come back just to see the staff. They are like family now!
