Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent property in a safe and convenient location in Miraflores. Five minute walk to Kennedy Park. Upgraded high floor room was wonderful…very quiet! Staff, particularly Karen and the door men, were awesome!

La atención del personal, la limpieza, la habitación.
Se sentía bastante ruido del exterior. El desayuno estaba rico pero pudo tener un poco más de variedad.
Buena ubicación y buen desayuno
Baño un poco anticuado.
Lo único fue que se les olvidó colocar el agua de cortesía y tuve que tomar una del minibar pues había llegado a las 2am. Tuve que pagar por ello, pero bueno, es la primera vez que me pasa.

מלון נהדר. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, נקיים, מיטה נוחה, סדינים מבריקים, מקלחת חמה ושירותים נקיים. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה, מיקום מעולה.
הצוות מאוד עזר לנו כשביקשנו לעלות את הטמפרטורה של המים במקלחת ישר תיקנו ועזרו לנו, וגם כשאר הבת שלי הייתה חולה וביקשנו להאריך את שעת הצ׳ק אאוט על מנת שתוכל לנוח הם הסכימו ועזרו לנו מאוד.

Q las dos últimas noches, en la habitación contigua a la nuestra, entró una pareja de ingleses jóvenes, muy ruidosos(especialmente ella), q no paraban de gritar, hablar fuerte...
Tuvimos q llamar a recepción dos veces para q les diera un toque de atención, pues no respetaban. Lo resolvieron.
Ah, y la piscina...pensé q estaría mejor. El primer día, había una cucaracha muerta dentro. Suelen haber cuervos en la vegetación q rodea la piscina.el señor nos dijo q no hacen nada, pero son enormes y beben agua de la piscina. Deberían tomar medidas al respecto.
