Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Decent enough hotel for the price, good location
Pros:

Location is good for the beach and shops. Bed was very comfortable, nice room. The breakfast was fairly good with a decent amount of choice. Staff on reception were very helpful.

Cons:

I was practically chased by one of the waiters who insisted I hadn't paid for dinner. I had paid his colleague but this clearly hadn't been communicated. He followed me downstairs so when I opened the lift, there he was still insisting I hadn't paid! I promised I had, and eventually he stomped off.

Didn’t stay - booking got changed by hotel
Pros:

Didn’t stay at the property did communicate well about changes but it was the day before we travelled. Did provide new invoice when asked

Cons:

Were asked to move to sister property due to issue with the property. They asked us to stay for one night and move hotels between on a 2nd night stay. Which we refused. They did then agree to honour two nights in new hotel and said room was upgraded but actually feel other hotel was in a worse location. And given had at 20 hour travel time wasn’t given many options. Also said would update booking and set us a new invoice but never cancelled the original
