Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Estuve en el piso número 19! Pero el sonido exterior se escuchaba! Er a muy ruidoso! Deberían poner ventanas antiruidos, ya que lo que más buscamos es dormir bien !

Lo que más me gustó es el desayuno y cena en el piso 21. Tiene una vista excelente y la comida es muy buena. La vista de mi habitación en el piso 17 también estaba muy bien. La atención de la gente de recepción es muy amable y ejecutiva.
La habitación tenía algo de olor a humedad y solo me dieron una botella de agua por la estadía de 5 noches cuando en Lima no es recomendable beber otra agua que la embotellada. El valor del agua del frigobar no tiene sentido.
