Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff were very friendly, always smiling and very kind and helpful. The bed was absolutely comfortable, so much that we even miss breakfast one day just to stay longer in the bed, which we regreted at the end because the breakfast was really nice as well. It was also my birthday one of the days and they surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday to me, it was a lovely surprise. They made our last days in Lima amazing!
La posibilidad de quedarnos en un salón super cómodo a la espera de salir para nuestro vuelo.
El desayuno no fue muy bueno, tenia pocas frutas.
La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para alguien que visita por primera vez Lima. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a brindar el soporte necesario. Además de su restaurante con una vista espectacular.
De pronto mejorar el área del gimnasio.

Vracíme se sem z důvodu kvality. Opravdu krásný, dobře lokalizovaný hotel. Snídaně 🤩 formou bohatého bufetu.
Quartos muito bons com camas confortáveis e chuveiros com pressão. Janelas anti-ruídos abafam bem o som da região, que é bastante ruidosa. Os funcionários são MUITO gentis e ajudam em tudo. Café da manhã bom, o restaurante do piso 21 também serve excelente comida.
O único ponto que exige atenção é que a internet não funciona muito bem nem no quarto e nem em outras dependências do hotel, o que pode atrapalhar bastante o trabalho. Eu, por exemplo, não consegui entrar em duas reuniões porque a internet não funcionava bem.

Tivemos uma ótima hospedagem no Hotel Estelar, em Lima. O quarto era muito confortável, limpo e agradável, proporcionando uma estadia bastante tranquila. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos: completo, variado e delicioso. Também fomos muito bem atendidos por toda a equipe, sempre atenciosa, cordial e prestativa. A localização é perfeita, especialmente para quem deseja aproveitar bem a cidade, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, passeios e pontos de interesse. Recomendo muito e certamente me hospedaria novamente.
Não houve nada de que eu não tenha gostado; a experiência foi excelente em todos os aspectos.

Antes dejaban pantuflas y agua de cortesía para los huéspedes y en las últimas visitas he visto que ya no lo hacen.. Una pequeña desmejora, pero notable.. Es algo básico al menos el agua de cortesía..

La habitación que nos asignaron estuvo terrible, quedaba detrás de los ascensores y en la noche que es más silenciosa, se escuchaba el ruido de su funcionamiento.
Además era una alcoba muy pequeña y con las cortinas absolutamente llenas de polvo y mugre.
Consideró que algunos hoteles se aprovechan cuando se hacen reservas por plataformas y no directamente a ellos, para asignar las peores habitaciones de sus instalaciones bajo la excusa que se reservó una alcoba estándar.
