Room not clean well
Location was the only thing going for this place. It was in the heart of what we needed.
Bath was relatively remodeled and not totally gross.
1st kitchen was broken - burner completely rusted through, didn't even look at anything else, just took a different room.
2nd kitchen was gross, but we made it work. Asked for a second chair, told only one per room. As it was, the 1st one was a danger, nearly flipping you backward. Really, for a weeklong stay, I can't have two chairs?
Cockroach, thankfully only one. Huge air gap by AC, pot smoke from down below, outside, seeped in. Had to stuff a towel in there. We could go on.
We purposely didn't ask for housekeeping for the entire week - just didn't want anyone in our room. Exchanged towels every other day. It worked.
TV had to be set up, took 45 minutes and several staff including one on a phone app. Shouldn't this be done before you rent the room?
Paint peeling around the room and bath. Baseboards ripped off. Dresser drawer non-functional. Furniture falling apart.
Where the hotel was located it was perfect easy access to downtown.
How the bathroom walls were peeling. And how the hotel room smelt.
Location and so close to downtown
Price could be a little lower…nice but needs upgrades
The TV didn't work so I had to change rooms. My original room had a kitchenette. The room they moved me to did not. One of lights in the bathroom was missing from the ceiling. There was a hole there. The room smelled musty.
It’s super close to everything but not right in the middle of it all! The staff was really nice and helpful! Do not let bad reviews scare you away, the room we stayed in was really clean and comfortable with a cold ac, they even have vending machines and an ice machine on the property.

NO BREAKFAST!!! They advertise breakfast, but its only coffee, & packaged donuts! Hall ceiling tiles are filled with black mold. The only pleasant thing I can say is the room was clean, nothing was broken,
Also I booked through Expedia, but it's less registering at the hotel.
Great stay, good price!
The hot tub jets did not work and the tv would not cut on. All the sockets looked like they had been ripped out of wall and the bed sheet had orange stains near the foot of the bed. There is a lot of homeless people around the corner. I survived but would not do it again.
Literally nothing
The cockroaches, stained sheets, crackheads in the parking lot. We left at 2am after we returned from a concert and noticed. Only offered deposit back.
Staff was nice, the parking lot was a little sketchy with limited parking. The beds were very rough and uncomfortable. We were also able to hear everything going on outside even though we were on the second floor.
Would not recommend to anyone.
