Staff was pleasant that was comfortable
Pros:

I chose this hotel primarily because of the India twist restaurant. There are many hotels right there near the airport.

Cons:

The fact that you have one elevator that was way on the other side of where my room was was ridiculous because I had a huge suitcase. It’s a very bad architectural design. I managed to get the suitcase down the stairs, which I was very near when I left in the morning, but that was just ridiculous.

I did not bother to report because I was there one night for a very early flight, but there was no Kleenex in the box in the bathroom and the entry light did not work when I came back up from my dinner so it was dark in the room until I got to a light on the desk. Also the door to the unit that the TV is above is warped enough, so it doesn’t close and that was annoying because I was sure I was going to run into it since it was halfway open.

Cons:

Dirty sheets, bugs, many things needing repair, no hot water on last two days, continental breakfast was lousy, not enough vegan choices at least the one day, bathroom shower was slippery- I fell.

Horrible stay — never had hot water.
Cons:

We NEVER had hot water. No one was able to resolve this issue for us. We even tried 2 different rooms, but had the same problem. We consider hot water an essential. We were refused a refund.

Horrible location, dirty rooms and no hot water
Cons:

The hotel was dirty, run down and there was no hot water in our room. The pool was dirty and the hot tub wasn’t working. We saw roaches around the pool areas. Very disappointed with the staff as I was told to send an email for a refund but 2 weeks later and I can not get ahold of management nor have I received a reply to my email.

Cons:

El hotel se ve viejo, se nota que están haciendo renovaciones pero muy despacio. La alberca sucias el jacuzzi no operaba el jardín seco, la habitación con necesidad de renovación. A/C en buen estado, alfombra vieja, TV nueva, camas incómodas ( una cama se quebró a media noche estando dormido en ella) nos cambiaron de habitación a la mañana siguiente.

Unhappy this time!
Pros:

I love this hotel! I love the India Restaurant, and the people in the restaurant.

Cons:

Clerk when I checked in wasn’t as friendly as usual. I was given room 2204. When I finally found it, I opened the door to a musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable and it was a long walk!!!!
The toilet didn’t flush. For the amount of money,
it was disappointing! When I come again, if I’m put into that back area, I will cancel and find another hotel. I’m 74 years old- I look much younger and I’m healthy, Thank God, but that
amount of walking with a suitcase was ridiculous!
