Every unpleasant..
Pros:

The whole experience was awful. Th we front desk people were unhelpful full...No ice machine on 2 ND or first floor.. Free breakfast didn't exist ..no manager in duty ..people at front desk.. we're from Napal ..Indian..wouldn't even t as ll or smile.. bardender...don't even know any thing about beverages...pool clo sed..don't know we when it will be repaired.... ever st a yvhere again...treble coffee in room. Junk.....Indian dinner menu. Wouldn't even eat there. .

I checked out....did not stay!!!🥴. Could not stay, not safe, no light in bathroom!
Cons:

It was my first terrible hotel experience: no hot water, water only drizzled from shower head, no working light in bathroom, bugs flying about and crawling in bathroom, hallways & lobby extremely hot, room AC struggling & very noisy and not cooling room, pool closed: I went to front desk and checked out. She gave me her name and number for booking to call to confirm the issues they were having in hopes of my getting a refund! Staff was genuinely sorry for the issues they have been having with the plumbing!
