Wyndham Tucson Airport Hotel & Conference Center

No hot tub as advertised. Pool was very dirty and cold

The way they have Housekeeping stay over services set up is very inconvenient you have to call the morning of if u want services and even that took all day to get done i left for the entire day came back and my room was still dirty so me and my child had to leave our room again to have it cleaned, we only received one towel had to keep requesting towels, the bed did not have a mattress protector on it , my trash kept piling up before they would ever take it , the breakfast was absolutely disgusting eggs had water at the bottom of both pans i was a hour late to breakfast and nothing was available except runny eggs will not be staying there again.

The entire experience, I paid for a room got there and was given a single room. Requested a double room, the employee gave me a new room and when I entered it was still a single room went back for the 2nd time to switch and when I arrived in the 3rd room the TV did not work

A lot of things in the hotel and courtyard were shabby or in need of repair. Almost every time I asked for towels, they were unavailable. The pool was freezing, the spa was nasty & not working, and breakfast had very limited options. The construction in front of the hotel almost caused us not to stay initially, but the front desk worker won us over.

We checked in right @ 3pm, we were issued a room in which the beds were made, but the sheets were dirty. There was trash in the trash can and crumb on the floor. We asked for a different room, room #2, and had dirty stained sheets. By then, we were over it and canceled our reservation with them. There were some cosmetic things that could be overlooked, but I at least wanted a clean bed.

The room needed upgrading. Holes in the wall where once there were pictures. The grounds were not clean and weeds were growing everywhere. It just looked as if the hotel was really run down.

The handicap accessible room they had for us has a very musty moldy smell. The window was open when we arrived. The toilet leaked water on the floor and the tub/shower would not drain. The front desk said they did not have another accessible room available so they moved us to another room it was better and smelled much better. Still the bathroom shower was not usable the handle for the shower just spun around and around, There was leak stains on the ceiling.
There was dog poo in the hallway that was there for a whole day swooshed into the carpet. The breakfast was awful! Watery powdered eggs, under cooked sausage, and overcooked tatter tots. Not enough staff to handle the amount of guests at the front desk. We were very disappointed. this is the second time we have stayed at this location. Last time the pool and hot tub was disgusting. It has gone down hill even more since then. Also, they never add our Wyndham points to our account. This is the second time this has happened. Thought we would give them a second chance. Very disappointed! :(

That the bathroom door would lock automatically and lock you out the restroom and then would have to wait for maintenance to come 4 hours later to help. The breakfast was garbage watery eggs and under cooked sausage and expired yogurt

Shower floor was slippery. Should add non slip strips.

The upstairs floors looked like they could use a good vacuum.
