Me gustó que me pude asolear un poco. El desayuno también me gustó mucho, ese huevo revuelto con jamón o hon chorizo, los corn flakes, mmmmmm, todo muy rico. También me gustó el Servicio de Transporte gratis al Aeropuerto, la ducha excelente, etc. El personal del breakfast buffet muy amable en fin gracias por todo.

Cons:

No me gustó que cuando estaba nadando no me di cuenta de que estaba flotando en la misma agua en la que yo nadaba una ardilla muerta que ya se estaba inflando, entonces lo que hize fue que conseguí un desperdicio de azulejo que encontré por ahí y con eso saqué la ardilla muerta de la alberca y la bote a la basura. Después de esto empezé a nadar nuevamente pero ya no me sentía agusto pensando que me podría infectar de algo o de alguna bacteria pues la ardilla cuando la saqué incluso ya apestaba un poco. Eso fué lo que no me gustó y mas aún que antes de nadar pregunté a una Sra. que trabaja ahí en el Hotel que si podía yo nadar y me dijo que si que la alberca la cerraban a las 10 de la noche.
Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que de repente la ALARMA empezó a sonar muy fuerte y yo no sabía que estaba pasando, en un momento pensé que era adentro del cuarto y mas bien no sabía que pensar lo que hize fue abrir la puerta del cuarto y ahí fué cuando me di cuenta que era la ALARMA que estaba precisamente enfrente de mi cuarto 175 sonando demasiado duro

Big mistake.
Pros:

Hallways smelled like fertilizer. Bathroom door didn’t close. Shower curtain too short so water poured onto floor. Tv remote didn’t work. Ice machine broken, sign said go to front desk, but front desk person gone for 45 minutes. Found large insects like winged ants in the bed. Toilet made a high pitched screaming sound that lasted almost 2 minutes with each flush. Restaurant was really good.

Cons:

See above. Plus the reception desk was unable to give any information about locution ,parking or any other questions. When booking and at check in asked for ground floor as we are both disabled. Hotel was empty and we were given a room as far from the front desk, restaurant, pool etc as you can get. Access from the car was back door wi 2 very steep steps.

The location was OK

Cons:

The first room we were given the door was open and the room was not clean and the beds were not made so we had to go back and request a different room. We’re given a different room and the window was not clean. The shower handle broke. there was no hot water for both nights that we stayed there. There were ants in the breakfast area. The card keys did not work and we had to get them reset multiple times. There were no towels in the room. We sent two emails to the property manager and have yet to receive a response. Would not stay here again.
