Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel and staff, allowed me to leave bags before and after my stay. Very clean and luxury quality for the price.

Cons:

Had an issue with the televison but it was too much hassle to have it fixed so I just went without.

The millennium Hotel exceeded our expectation, but I was exceptionally and extremely grateful to the gentleman that work the front entrance of the millennium hotel to every one of them who were professional and patient very accommodating with our needs who patiently took the time to get our car as many times as we needed, and also to storing our bikes while we were in Chicago with no hesitation they brought us our bikes with smiles on their face. they answered everyone of our request you definitely have an elite team of gentlemen working the front lobby of the building. God bless them and please ensure that they receive recognition for their job well done.

Great city, great hotel, great memories.

Hotel was very historic, in a great location, and had a very welcoming front desk staff. The staff cleaned every day and they were always kind.

Pros:

This hotel is perfect for downtown as everything is in walking distance. Parking was super easy especially in the Willis Tower, I recommend parking there for the day rate compared to Valet.

Cons:

I felt like the server in the restaurant NIX was overwhelmed with how many customers were there. Likely beyond the hotels control but I think an additional server would help the time in the restaurant.
