Pros:

We love staying at the Knickerbocker. The location is excellent and the staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. We are looking forward to the cafe and bar being open again!

Cons:

I would say that the only negative would be that the pillows were very flat and we could not get the room to a comfortable temperature. We eventually shut the heating unit off all together.

Pros:

The location of the hotel

Cons:

Everything. The water in the shower was brown, the room was extremely small for damn near $500 , they charged a $200 fee and when I asked them about a refund they said don’t take cash

Perfect location, great price and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the history and charm of the hotel.

I'm still waiting nearly a month later for my deposit to ge refunded. Otherwise I would've given 10/10.

Reasonable price for a great location.
Pros:

Like the location off of North Michigan Avenue. Red Line Train was convenient. Loved Starbucks, Cheesecake Factory, and many fine eating establishments. The price was better than some and fell short in price and finishes of the high end hotels.

Cons:

The shower was confusing with both overhead rain and the targeted wand hand held. . .ended up with lots of water on the floor. HVAC was very responsive. We did not watch the television and did not have it on.

The bathroom was not very good. The shower leaked and had water all over the bathroom floor and leaked out to the carpet outside the door. Also the lighting was not the best.
