Friendly staff and good location
Pros:

Cons:

Only had an issue with the room heater, it was hot and the temperature control wasn’t working. Other than that the room was lovely

Poor Customer Service at Checkout
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel while attending a business forum. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unprofessional service from the front desk.

After my meeting concluded at the 12 PM checkout time, I politely requested a brief extension to pack my belongings. The front office staff member (Lisa) responded in a rude and dismissive manner, offering no flexibility and simply stating the extension fee without any courtesy or understanding.

For a hotel that hosts large business events, this lack of basic hospitality is concerning. A little consideration for guests' circumstances would make a significant difference. Unfortunately, this negative interaction overshadowed my stay.

La struttura è molto elegante, pulita, centrale e sicura, cosa non da sottovalutare e che abbiamo apprezzato tanto.

Short break in Amsterdam
Pros:

Great hotel with friendly staff. This was our second time staying in this hotel as it's also in a great location. We got a voucher for free drinks at the bar as we didn't need housekeeping services for the few days we were there.

Fantastic hotel.
Pros:

Stayed for two nights as a 50 to birthday treat to my husband.
Amazing hotel with friendly polite staff.
Foyer has water to help yourself and lovely treats as a finishing touch. So clean and modern.
Breakfast is so delicious ranging from healthy juice shots, pastries, meats, cheeses, cooked breakfast and a vast range of drinks and little food extras of seeds, nuts, fruit, many condiments.
The room was superb. Definitely recommend the superior. Huge room with large bathroom and walk in spacious shower. Also had robes and slippers and bottle of water in room.
Hairdryer, ironing board, fridge, tv, coffee/tea making facilities. Beds were so big and comfy.
We opted to leave the ‘Green’ sign hanging on outside of door as did not need housekeeping, so we got a voucher each for a free drink in the bar. Great location with tram stop opposite. Supermarket is also over the road at reasonable price. Can walk into Dam square taking approx 15/20 mins. Has shops nearby too.
Top place to stay.
