Pros:

The room was nice and spacious, including the bathroom, although the positioning of the makeup mirror left little room for adjustment. I didn't bother with makeup, so it didn't bother me.
I liked the breakfast options. I especially liked the little caramels with nuts and white chocolate that they offered as an afternoon snack.
The location was excellent, near shopping, souvenir shopping, restaurants, and the sights we wanted to see. There was a walking trail nearby for exercise.

Cons:

I couldn't get the room warm enough, although I understand your being a green hotel, so in the end I just closed the airconditioning. The air was a little stuffy, but I didn't want to open a window since it was cold outside. I woke up with a heavy head, and I can't tell if it was the pillows or (more likely) the stuffy air. But once I was out and about, my head cleared up. :)
To be fair, they did allow the temperature to go as high as 24C. I just like it really, really, really warm.

Pros:

the location is amazing we practically walked everywhere. the staff were friendly and smiling. the room was not small compared to the hotel we had in paris :)

Cons:

the loby/corridor going to the elevator had a very un pleasant smell to it. the bathrooms were a little on the older side nd the carpets in the hotel could be changed

Posizione ottima. Buone dimensioni camera e bagno nella superior matrimoniale. Letto comodo e molto grande, doppio cuscino a disposizione. Staff disponibile.
