A lovely stay in a very fine hotel.
Pros:

I love this hotel (2nd time staying), the location is perfect and so close to so many huge attractions Amsterdam has to offer, i.e. the museums, Vondelpark, Leidseplein and is super easy to get to by bus from/to airport. Breakfast is lovely, had everything I personally like. We had rooms on the 5th floor which had little balconies, which is not something I've ever had before, I Love the sounds of a City so it was perfect, early morning balcony doors open, sun shining, sounds of Amsterdam waking up - perfect. Reception staff were wonderful and we had a very engaging chat with them. I only scored 9 on the scale, only because nothing is perfect/exceptional on a score chart, but it's as close to a 10/10 as you can get.

Bom custo benefício. Quartos limpos e Hotel muito bem localizado.

Cons:

Um dos nossos quartos tinha mofo na parede, mas quando solicitada a troca fomos bem atendidos e a equipe prontamente nos trocou.

Fantastic location! Quick walk to museums or canals or city center. Loved our stay!
Pros:

Location, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. Coffee and tea in the rooms and breakfast downstairs in the morning if you want it.

Cons:

Our soap and shampoo dispensers were low and needed a refill. Both of our rooms had a tub/shower combo. You need very long legs to get in and out of the tub/shower safely. I think most people would prefer a walk in shower or a tub that sits closer to the floor. I would request walk in shower next time.
