O pequeno almoço era bom e variado, a localização próximo a tudo, funcionários atenciosos.
As portas dos quartos são um pouco barulhentas e incomodam um pouco. O restaurante fecha muito cedo à noite. Há pouco espaço para guardar nossos pertences no quarto. Há também poucos lugares no banheiro e quarto para se pendurar casacos, toalhas, etc. Não há uma tomada elétrica no banheiro.
The Hotel is in a great location. Check in and check out were super efficient and fast. Luggage storage was available. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was always very good. Anytime we needed something in our room reception staff was always very accomodating. The bathrooms and showers were very spacious and comfortable. Tram stops very nearby that can take you anywhere.
Sometimes after cleaning some items were not replaced like hand soap or toilet paper. But once we let reception know they were always ready to help.

La habitación que nos asignaron era magnifica para una pareja como la que conformamos mi esposa y yo. Amplia, con amplios ventanales a la calle. La cama era de tamaño "king size" y comodísima.
Cuando llegamos el primer día, nos habían preparado una fuente con frutas: mandarinas, plátanos y manzanas. Y unas palabras escritas a mano, de bienvenida, en español.
La ubicación del hotel es magnífica, cerca de todo.
Por otro lado, Amsterdam me encanta. Es un ciudad preciosa. La Venecia del Norte se la llama y con razón
Del hotel, lo único que no me gustó mucho es que el bar lo cierran muy pronto por la noche, incluso los fines de semana a las 23.30 ya no nos servían una copa o un refresco.
De la ciudad, que tienes que tener los ojos muy abiertos, incluso por detrás, para que no te atropelle algún ciclista que circula a gran velocidad.
A hotels's service is judged by whether they respond to requests you make of them - on this point this hotel's staff were amazing. They answered all the queries and helped me where I needed it with a smile and a helpful attitude.

Some of the facilities in the room are very old. Leaking bathtubs, old carpets and non-functioning phones.
The location was central and close to Amsterdam .
Our specific room was right above and next to a bar lounge. We heared loud music in the evenings until early morning hours , with lots off noise. The hotel has spotlights shinning onto the building , and cannot understand why ons should be shinning directly onto our window. The blockout curtain was not sufficient to blick out the light and was sturbing during the night
Well located with a short walk to the man city area. Staff were very helpful throughout. Room had all the right features without being over the top.
Wifi tended to hang on videos sometimes. Some inconsistencies with what was cleaned/replaced each day in room cleaning but not a deal breaker
The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast was good.
The bar closes very early :(
