The room was not clean enough, and ran out of toilet paper even just after the room make up in the morning.

servizio pulizia , trovo assurdo che con una spesa di circa 300 euro a notte debba poi ricordarmi di comunicare se desidero la pulizia in camera . ma chi puo non volerla ?

Located near bustling Rembrandt square but in a quite lane. Room was nice, bit pricey though. Comfy bed. Plenty of food options all around.

Wir hatten auf einer Matratze einen Riesigen Blutfleck entdeckt. Wir hatten den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption darauf ingewiesen😳Passiert ist NICHTS😡😡😡👎Geht gar nicht!!!Ach ja die Disco nebenan hat auch ziemlich reingenervt!!!

Mancanza totale di pulizia nelle abitazioni. Ho richiesto pulizia e cambio di tovaglie per bagno, ma non è successo nulla.
Concierge di poca utilità ed abbastanza maleducati. Mi hanno inviato una mail con il Check In da stampare, ma mi hanno detto che non hanno ricevuto nulla (il che non è vero, poiché me lo hanno consegnato due giorni dopo).

Hotel in completa ristrutturazione, ma nessuno ha avvisato al momento della prenotazione.

The location is good.
The room was poorly configured and as a result I felt like I was in a railroad sleeper. I had to move chairs to get to the closet and coffee maker, then move them back to get back to the bed. There was no place to lay out my suitcase except under the bed which is not accessible. Since the closet was not easily accessible that was not a convenient option. The room was so cramped I would not stay there again. I have stayed in many comparably priced hotels in the same neighborhood that are much more comfortable. The lack of a mini fridge was also a negative. I would have preferred a mini fridge to the disco lighting option provided.
