Over-priced, very disappointing. Complete lack of service for our room over a three night stay. Would NOT recommend.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

No service … tried ringing reception more than once … no reply or told no help available.
No cleaning or replacement of tea bags water bottles etc… they say it’s to be environmentally friendly but it’s just bad service. I am happy to re-use towels to save energy but not to gave a member of staff coming to tidy the room and refill things is just lazy, cost cutting, poor service.
The bath towels were small and not worthy of a hotel charging these very high prices.
The double bed was not comfortable for a couple … it separated in the middle … not a proper double …. Not acceptable for these prices … it felt more like a budget hotel.
Cheap quality toilet. Only one flush setting working and flimsy plastic seat.

Exceptional. I'm staying longer on my next visit.

Cons:

Tardaron una hora en encontrar nuestra reserva de booking y pese a que hemos pagado 604 euros nos dieron la peor habitación en la primera planta interior con ventana superpequeña en un extremo. Las otras habitaciones tenian ventanas mucho más grandes.
No se si todo esto es culpa de booking o del hotel
Última vez que reservamos con booking y el hotel. Encima no nos limpiaron ni las tazas donde tomamos el cafe la primera noche.
Esto no puede tolerarse pagando lo que hemos pagado

Excellent hotel - Excellent Location- Well priced for amsterdam
Pros:

Location is excellent
Hotel very clean - although you do need to request towels every day as they dont clean your room every day
Breakfast- I would advise Tonys Bagels down around the corner or if you fancy a walk - Omelegg which is about 10/15 min walk away - is excellent.
we did not get breakfast in hotel so we cant comment on that

Cons:

Not much sound proofing between rooms.

Pros:

Hotel położony jest w centrum, około 30 min pieszo od dworca i ok 20 mi pieszo od Rijksmuseum. Mimo, że blisko jest Rembrandtplein pełna pubów to w hotelu było cicho. Bardzo miła obsługa. Czysty i przytulny pokój. Śniadanie OK.

Excellent location but facilities need improvement
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a brilliant location. Walking distance to everything this beautiful city has to offer. Tram and metro also within walking distance if going further away.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very kindly bumped us to a superior room from a standard- we originally booked the Eden but were then moved to NYX - as the hotel is now split.

There is a little convenience shop inside the hotel too which is great.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was very cold. We tried to increase the temp of the air con but it just stayed cold. Even having it off completely, made no difference. I had to sleep in a jumper and joggers.

The pillows were also extremely uncomfortable. I had a painful neck after the first nights sleep (using just one of the pillows). My friend gave up trying to sleep on them and used a folded up towel instead! We had to ask someone 3 times for better pillows before someone brought some up to our room on the 2nd evening.

When we checked in, they informed us to scan a QR code if we wanted the room cleaned daily (automatically cleaned if staying more than 3 nights) but that fresh towels would be provided daily. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and we had to ask for clean towels - more than once before receiving them. The towels are also very small, a tall person would struggle!

Excelente lugar excelente personal
Pros:

Buena ubicacion cerca el Rembrandt square cerca al metro y tranvía hay restaurantes y zonas de entretenimiento. Muy buena atencion personal excelente la srta María muy servicial y todos los que trabajan alli nos llevamis un bonito recuerdo y la proxima vez nos hospedaremos alli
