Hotel très pratique et agréable pour un déplacement professionnel !
Pros:

Situation vraiment très pratique, desserte tram et en plein coeur de la ville. Accueil chaleureux et efficace. Hotel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est un grand buffet savoureux !

Cons:

La literie était un peu fatiguée et pourrait être améliorée, en particulier le matelas.

Good location. Mediocre facilities. Poor customer service.
Pros:

Location is good. Tram stop is in front of the hotel. Restaurants, pubs around. 15 minutes' walk to Dam Square.
Breakfast was very good. Freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of cheeses, eggs and pastry.
Room was quiet, looking at the back side.
Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Staff at the bar / breakfast area were all very nice, very polite, attentive. Thanks to all of them.

Cons:

I booked a double bed. They gave me twin bed on the floor with construction. Had to change the room.

I asked my room to be cleaned every day. It wasn't cleaned, although I asked repeatedly to 3 different staff. I do not understand this resistance to room cleaning.

Room did not feel like 22 m2 as I booked. Probably it was much smaller.

No slippers in the room.
No amenities in the bathroom.

The luggage staff was very rude. I haven't seen such attitude anywhere else towards a client.

Fabulous stay, everything about the hotel and location was perfect
Pros:

Great location. Amazing staff, very friendly and so helpful. Special mentions to Irena and Gee. Decor was great in bedrooms and public spaces. Our granddaughters loved the photo booth in the reception area. Couldn’t fault it at all. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends
