Clean, comfy and close to the centro histórico hotel boutique.
Pros:

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also it is close to “ centro histórico” which it was great to discover new restaurants. Pool and jacuzzi in very good shape.

Cons:

Doesn’t have a good beach nearby, had to take a cab.

Hotel nel centro storico a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Bolivar (dove si possono trovare bar, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati) e a pochi minuti dal molo.
La colazione all'ultimo piano è molto ricca e di qualità. Il personale si è dimostrato molto efficiente e professionale nell'organizzazione di tour e spostamenti.

Pros:

El hotel es muy nuevo. Personal muy atento, nos dió mucha información .
La habitación era justa para 4 personas.
Está bien situado y la zona de la piscina es pequeña pero agradable

Camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Impossibile dormire col condizionatore acceso dal forte rumore e un flusso d'aria esagerato anche al minimo.
Abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo e dormire con un caldo assurdo.
La colazione era al tavolo con poca varietà di cibo. Anche in questo caso menù prefissati con possibilità di selezionare un solo prodotto per menù e dopo il terzo il resto a pagamento.
Per una colazione internazionale mancava davvero troppo.
Il terrazzo adibito a bar piscina era pieno di piccioni che ovviamente lasciavano i loro ricordi dappertutto e non era un bel vedere.
Il personale non parla inglese perciò si è parlato col traduttore.
Per un 4 stelle ci si aspettava qualcosa in più nei servizi.

Nos atendió Alex y fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La habitación era muy amplia con una cama muy grande, y la piscina del rooftop muy bien.

A good value, simple stay in a great location
Pros:

The reception staff (especially Alex) were lovely and the location is perfect. And good choices of fresh food at breakfast

Some of the communal areas could do with being cleaner, same with the pool

Las habitaciones están muy bien, con camas muy grandes , el desayuno está correcto. El personal de la recepción son fantásticos siempre intentan ayudarte con todos los problemas que surgen. Yo recomiendo 100/100 este hotel.

Estancia estupenda y trato excepcional de Alex
Pros:

Hemos tenido una estancia estupenda. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Alex, de recepción, por su gran ayuda tanto antes de nuestra llegada como durante nuestra estancia. Siempre fue amable, cordial y muy atento, e incluso nos facilitó un contacto para visitar Tayrona, y la experiencia fue genial. ¡Muchísimas gracias, Alex! 😊
El hotel está muy limpio, la habitación es amplia y cómoda y la ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de todo.
Al estar próximo al Parque de los Novios se escucha algo de música por la noche, pero aun así pudimos descansar bien.
El desayuno genial…todo delicioso.
Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia y un trato que marca la diferencia. ❤️

Gioiello nel centro storico di Santa Marta
Pros:

Un pccolo boutique Hotel nel centro storico di Santa Marta, un gioiello: location ( a 2 minuti a piedi da piazza Bolivar, a 2 minuti dal molo, ma in una strada silenziosa, staff incredibile, rooftop, colazione a la carte, assistena al cliente, camere ampie e moderne. Credo che sia l’Hotel con il miglior customer service, anche maggiore di altri hotel 5 stelle a Medellin e Bogota’ ( catena ). Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei domani.
