E' stata solo una tappa veloce perchè siamo arrivati tardi a Santa Marta con l'aereo. La stanza era molto spaziosa e il letto king size enorme, ma l'hotel è privo di fascino e lo staff assolutamente impreparato. la colazione all'ultimo piano è mediocre e quella che chiamano piscina è poco più che una vasca sul tetto.
Santa Marta in generale non merita più di un paio d'ore, non perdete tempo e dirigetievi subito al Parco di Tayrona che invece è favolso!

Nicht das, was wir erwartet haben, aber dennoch außergewöhnlich.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich, keine Frage. Es liegt mitten im Wald und ist kaum vergleichbar mit einer regulären Unterkunft. Der Pool ist schön.
Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe zu dritt und waren vl nicht ganz optimal vorbereitet auf das, was uns erwartet hat.

Cons:

Das Hotel weist in einer Nachricht darauf hin, dass die Anreise nicht einfach ist (empfohlen werden entweder Taxi oder Allrad).
Dennoch entspricht das Erlebnis nicht einem 5-Sterne-Hotel, wie es teilweise angepriesen wird. Es ist eher eine ordentliche Eco-Lodge mitten im Urwald der Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Wer also ein gemütliches, leicht erreichbares, blitzblank sauberes Hotel erwartet, der ist hier falsch und sollte vielleicht eher in Minca (Zentrum) bleiben, wo teilweise auch die Aussicht noch besser ist. Man kann von hier aus ausschließlich wandern, alle anderen Dinge (Strand, Minca, Restaurants) sind weit weg!

Pros:

Hotel nel centro storico a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Bolivar (dove si possono trovare bar, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati) e a pochi minuti dal molo.
La colazione all'ultimo piano è molto ricca e di qualità. Il personale si è dimostrato molto efficiente e professionale nell'organizzazione di tour e spostamenti.

Clean, comfy and close to the centro histórico hotel boutique.
Pros:

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also it is close to “ centro histórico” which it was great to discover new restaurants. Pool and jacuzzi in very good shape.

Cons:

Doesn’t have a good beach nearby, had to take a cab.

Camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Impossibile dormire col condizionatore acceso dal forte rumore e un flusso d'aria esagerato anche al minimo.
Abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo e dormire con un caldo assurdo.
La colazione era al tavolo con poca varietà di cibo. Anche in questo caso menù prefissati con possibilità di selezionare un solo prodotto per menù e dopo il terzo il resto a pagamento.
Per una colazione internazionale mancava davvero troppo.
Il terrazzo adibito a bar piscina era pieno di piccioni che ovviamente lasciavano i loro ricordi dappertutto e non era un bel vedere.
Il personale non parla inglese perciò si è parlato col traduttore.
Per un 4 stelle ci si aspettava qualcosa in più nei servizi.
