Great location
Pros:

Spacious room, great location, friendly people at front desk

Cons:

Breakfast has very few options. Based on the price, I would expect more.

Pros:

the room was very spacious with 2 beds that can host 4 people. In fact I would prefer a smaller room for less money but they only have such rooms, which is great for families. There is a heated pool and a games room as well. The location is super central and close to everything even in walking. There is a bus to Outlets just nearby and a free shuttle to the Universal parks directly from the hotel. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Cons:

breakfast imho is a bit overpriced, I had mine in one of the diners that are 3min on the left and right of the hotel. Also maybe it would be good for solo travelers to include breakfast in room price as an option.

Kids really loved that is was circular with great view of orlando ICON.
Pros:

View from the 10 floor exceptional. Kids loved it. Room was spacious. Very clean and smelled good. Plenty of towels. Everything was stocked well. Check in was easy and guick.Had our choice of floor level. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Premises was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Hot breakfast was included.

Cons:

Hallway noises. Stains on carpet. 2 stains on one bed sheet. Doors are loud when they close. Did not get to breakfast until later and things were not restocked for late arrivals even though there was still over 1/2 hr left of breakfast. No area outside to sit and smoke.

La colazione imbarazzante. Prodotti di pessima qualità, ho chiesto uova strapazzate che dopo 30 minuti non erano ancora arrivate.
La camera SPORCHISSIMA con capelli a terra lasciati per 10 giorni, non hanno mai passato aspirapolvere
La cameriera dimenticava sempre il caffè o l’acqua o la carta igienica.
L’unico motivo per cui vado lì è perché è la sede del corso NLP Nadal prossimo anno cambieremo visto che le persone si stanno lamentando tutte

Nice, but be prepared to shell out extra money!!
Pros:

Location to Universal was great, the room was clean and the view from the 19th floor was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was EXPENSIVE!!! We didn't even bother with it. 4 of us would've cost almost $100, for breakfast, get real. No way!! $20+ tax per day for parking that I was unaware of was another huge let down. They obviously like to nickel and dime their patrons to death. Just a money grab. I can't agree with a facility charging you to park your car there when you've already paid them to stay there. It's like a basic restaurant charging you to park in their parking lot while you dine there, other than valet. It just doesn't make sense and $20 was rediculous.
