Pros:

I really liked the rooms the beds were really comfy, the hotel was clean, the staff was loverly and overall was a great experience.

Cons:

The towels for the pool was quite small and the pool was dirty during our stay but it did get cleaned.

Very disappointing stay !
Pros:

The location was okay

Cons:

The front desk staff were rude and not friendly. Housekeeping was very poor and they didn’t even refill the shampoo bottles. The room had no proper ventilation, was very humid and smelled musty. I was supposed to have a pool view but my room was facing the main road.

Me cobraron 65 dólares por un supuesto error de sistema q se iba a revertir en el día. Obviamente eso no sucedió, me intenté comunicar x mail con el manager en numerosas ocasiones y no tuve ningún tipo de respuesta

Pros:

Great location. Everything else is bad.

Cons:

The room was not clean and was very old and smelly. There were stains on the sheets and in the toilet. Looked like something from the 1980’s
