“My stay was smooth, relaxing, and genuinely impressive from the moment I arrived.”

“I was celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive made our stay smooth and completely stress‑free. For the first time ever, the pictures online actually matched the room and the hotel — I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. The room was excellent, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I didn’t even want to get up; it was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. You have several locations with the same hotel name, but this one is my favorite. Kudos to the entire staff, including housekeeping.”

Cons:

“In my opinion, breakfast should be available as an upgrade option or simply included for new guests. During my reservation, I was offered the option, but when I tried to accept it, it disappeared from my list of choices. Also, guests need to be protected from high‑pressure timeshare sales. These sales teams should not have access to the hotel at all. I lost about three hours of my life that I will never get back.”

Satisfatório mas não surpreende no custo x beneficio
Pros:

A localização é sensacional, principalmente se você pretende ir aos parques da Universal. Muito próximo de outlets e do Milenia Mall. Diversas opções de alimentação e lojas no entorno do hotel.

Cons:

O anuncio informa que eles tem estacionamento gratuito, porém isso não é verdade. Eles cobram U$20 + tax por dia de estacionamento. Então no fim das contas, outros hotéis próximos, como os da Universal podem sair mais em conta.
O ar condicionado de janela faz um barulho que incomoda bastante.

Provavelmente que ficarei neste hotel quando voltar à Orlando!
Pros:

Localização perfeita! Nós fazíamos compras e voltamos deixar no hotel de tão perto de tudo que era!

Cons:

Eles limpavam 1 dia sim, outro não
Não tinha microondas no quarto
O quarto era barulhento!

The location, soundproof, and water strength, were good.

Cons:

The dest employee's attitude was bad. What's worse is that we are not disable people, they assign us a room for handicapped. Unbelievable.
