Cons:

The area was poor! Drugs and people hanging around doors loitering. Very scary! Wouldn't want to be alone there.. there was no security on outdoor doors. Entrances could be locked at certain time with card entry.. beds wernt turned down or towels exchanged.. felt not safe.. Travel lodge is better known than what we experienced!

Could improve the stay by designating a smoking area away from hotel entrance and outside of rooms.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and well upkept.

Cons:

Smoking outside the front door made it hard to breath going in and out of hotel. Smoke being sucked in the room by air-conditioning made the air in the room uncomfortable.

It was okay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

When we showed up, the power was out (out of their control I know) but we were out until after midnight in a smoldering hot room with nothing. We were not offered a discount to account for the inconvenience. It was also very uncomfortable leaving the building to get harassed by homeless/drunk people. If I was alone, I probably wouldn't have left the building at all.

The room was so warm even when the aircon is on high. We left for 4 hours to go to a concert, when we came back it’s still warm.
