Çift olarak gittik. Ömürcan bey sağolsun çok ilgilendi bizimle, çok memnun kaldık keyifli bir konaklama yaşadık, isteklerimiz için çok yardımcı oldular, teşekkür ediyoruz

Otelin konumu oldukça merkeziydi. Odamız biraz küçük olmasına rağmen gayet temizdi. Mahir Bey ve Ömürcan Bey’e teşekkür ederiz; hem bölgeyle ilgili verdikleri bilgiler hem de güler yüzlü ve samimi yaklaşımları sayesinde çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Kahvaltı ise tek kelimeyle harikaydı.

Tek olumsuz deneyimimiz, otelle değil, diğer misafirlerle ilgiliydi. Konak tarzı bir yapıda odalar birbirine oldukça yakın, bu nedenle gece saat 2’de holde yüksek sesle telefonla konuşulmaması gerektiği bence herkesin farkında olması gereken bir durum. Yine de genel olarak memnun kaldığımız, sıcak bir konaklama deneyimi oldu.

Rezervasyon yaparken gösterilen filtreler ve resimler aynen olduğu gibiydi. Personellerin sıcakkanlı ve samimi yaklaşımları da çok hoştu. Konum olarak çarşının göbeğinde oluşuyla her yere yürüyerek ulaşım imkanı sunuyor. Ufak tefek eksik illa oluyor ama söylendiğinde hemen hallediliyor mutlaka tavsiye ederim kapadokya tatili düşünenlere.

Todo salió muy bien, las personas eran muy amables, sobre todo las dos señoras que se encargaban de la limpieza y preparaban el desayuno.

Fantastic hospitality. Everyone working here was extremely accommodating and I felt very well looked after. The rooms are nice, the breakfast was great and it's located within walking distance to all the restaurants in Urgup. I had a great time here and can definitely recommend!

Odada tuvaletin kapısı yoktu. İki kişi kaldık ve hiç de romantik değildi bu durum

Our stay was very pleasant. The entire staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I can 100% recommend this hotel. They helped us with all our tours and activities and did so with honest and fair pricing. We will be back for a winter visit. Don't forget to fly 🎈

Burası sevimli bir butik otel. Kapadokya'nın dokusuna uygun bir yapıda kurulmuş yani odaların bazı kısımları oyularak yapılmış. İşletmecileri çok misafirperverler. Kahvaltı manzarası nefis.
Tereddütsüz tavsiye edilir.

Hotel Cave ótimo. A 200 metros do centro de Urgup. Excelente atendimento. Staff muito atencioso. Quarto confortável e limpo. Café da manhã excelente e regional.

Excelente hotel, las personas del staff son muy serviciales, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos (tours, transfer, etc) para nuestra estadia en Capoadocia

Heel mooi nieuw 'cave' hotel met beperkt aantal kamers.
Personeel is super vriendelijk en gedienstig.
Kamers zijn super mooi en bedden ruim.
Ook in de badkamer is alles voorzien. Echter er zal dringend een extra ventilatie nodig zijn om een muffe geur te vermijden.
Het ontbijt is goed : een glaasje vers fruitsap en een degelijk koffiemachine kunnen een meerwaarde betekenen.
Er is geen bar in het hotel: wanneer je na een leuke dagtrip in het hotel komt en nog even wil nagenieten in het zonnetje op het grote gezellige dakterras, wil je dat graag doen met een lekker glaasje !
Wordt rekening gehouden met deze tips, dan wordt de score makkelijk 10 !

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. İlçe merkezi ve çarşı yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar ve hizmet gayet başarılı. Otel sahipleri inanılmaz ilgili ve çözüm odaklı. Havuz olması çok büyük bir artı. Bizim için çok güzel ve eşsiz bir deneyim oldu.

It was my first experience in a cave hotel. Also
my first time visiting the Cappadocia region of Turkey. I booked the hotel the same morning at the Istanbul airport. Turkey is easier to get around if you ask the hotel for pickup from the airport. I learnt the hard way after landing in Istanbul my first night and getting taking advantage of. It happens first Day some places unfortunately. So I smartened up. Contacted the hotel before leaving. They had what’s app. Which I was so happy since I have what’s app too! It made it super convenient to get in touch the same day with the hotel. Unlike my first night in Istanbul again I emailed the hotel about transport. I never heard back. Part of the taxi issue I had. Mustafa speaks English if like me you speak English. The connection wasn’t good. I messaged them and he responded right away no worries. Upon arrival a man was waiting with a sign with my name from Nevşehir airport. It was so easy. Check in was so easy. They went above and beyond for my holiday with them. Mustafa again booked the green tour for me. The tour bus had some issues. They were late. I thought I was going to miss the day. But not at all! Samet arrived and was just as fabulous. If you want tours you can ask they’ll take care of you. In Turkey you’re not just a guest you’re family. They asked if I wanted to eat lunch with them upon arrival. Thank you Royal Cave for the memories. You blew me away
