Cons:

I’ve been here a few times, but the cleanliness was just not up to par! Our microwave didn’t work asked for a room swap they couldn’t offer that, so I said if they could just bring one nobody was available, they said maintenance would bring one in the morning! No nobody showed up and too boot we had no service for the room to be clean or restocked with new towels . When I spent nearly 300 dollars for 2 nights I expected better. So I wasn’t a happy camper to say the least.

For the price it’s good!
Pros:

The front desk was accessible and friendly. The lobby looked like a dumping ground with boxes piled high. There seemed to be a homeless looking person watching tv in the lobby when we arrived. As we walked to our room there was a small group of people loud talking o. The first level (it was 9pm), 3 trash cans as we walked to our room were overflowing and smelled putrid. When we slept in our clean rooms, the smell of marijuana infiltrated. Last, could never get online.

Good news, from desk staff lovely, room was outdated and basic but clean, easily accessible off freeway, easy checkout.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was ok but didn't like the type of people that lingered around the grounds.

Cons:

Rooms were very dated and the faucets for the shower and sink didn't work. You couldn't adjust the temperature. I didn't want my granddaughter to take a bath. The floors were warped and the room didn't feel as clean as it should be. The TV didn't work well. Very few channels. Huge room but no place to sit. Empty room with bed only. No coffee maker. I was afraid to go outside at night due to the type of questionable people that hung around the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Very disappointed
