Location was close to my destination
The reservation stated two queen beds and they were full size beds and there was no breakfast included
It was 1am and there was a bed to sleep in
The overall condition of the room was rough. Stained sheets and towels, no secondary lock, random hairs throughout the room.

The fro t desk people are very informative and dealt with me with a smile on their face
Not having a breakfast there anymore due to lack of having the doors locked and random people off the streets come in and help them selves .
Ans I'd the smoke alarm went off on one occasion they should like maybe check it out and not let the rest of the people that stayed here for that purpose of having a breakfast in the morning before they start their day and that do not wrong should not be punished for this situation it was lack of people at the front desk not knowing what their girl is doing and not keeping an eye on the breakfast buffet area so that's shouldn't be on us and and the rest of us that stay here and not having breakfast we pay for that and it's the amenities that come with the stay and you shouldn't have it on on the online either if it's if it's you took it off take it all the way off you know now it's down to just water and coffee that's bull you know it's really sad because a lot of people have not been going there that I've noticed that because there's no breakfast and we have to pay the price for something that the people that were staying there program that was out of our control but now that they don't have those people there anymore they should maybe think about putting their breakfast back on that's just my my theory you guys making enough money for it so just put it back on please thank you
The staff was really nice and professional
This is probably my fault, but the area was not the best at all. I guess you’ll get what you’re paid for. There was a lot of smelly areas there was sheets left on the outside that look really nasty doors look like they have been broken into did not feel exactly safe. Some people had dogs and they were very loud in the middle of the night when trying to sleep.

This is the 3rd room we get that has cockroaches it's disgusting
Location was good near the event we attended.
The room smelled a lot like cigarette even tho I requested non smoking room. There were spiders and cockroaches. The tv stopped working and a lamp. They didn't do cleaning room or change sheets nor leave clean towels.
Bed was confortable. Refrigerator was good. It had a microwave and tv but I didn't use them.
Needs the block light window panels because there's a bright outdoors light just right outside. Maybe a thicker window because of the freeway noice.
It is well kept and clean. I like that is has a pool. The staff is exceptional. It was easy to check in and extend our stay.
