The price was ok to just spend one night.
Pros:

Location was great. Check in easy.

Cons:

TV didn't work. No one there to fix it. Had to change rooms. Bathtub was rusty. Found bugs in the bathroom. Beds were way too soft. Wood floors extremely old

My stay was much more for me as a convenience than a comfort.
Pros:

I didn't notice a breakfast bar. I was there to receive treatment from Scripps Cancer Center. The location of the hotel was within walking distance. That's why I chose it.

Cons:

The area was untidy and many unscrupulous individuals tend to hang out in the area. There isn't a facility for laundry. I woke up to a puddle of water in the bathroom floor next to the toilet. With the condition of the water damaged floor and baseboards, it's obvious that it's an ongoing issue. One day for quite some time there wasn't any running water. Plenty of maintainance was occurring. Also...other hotels in the area offer 20% discounts to the many out of town and out of country patients who travel to receive treatment at Scripps Cancer Center. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for this hotel. I was walking to my appointments. The distance between the hotel and Scripps Cancer Center was the only reason I stayed.

I think they should have cameras in the parking lot
Pros:

Since I was having a problem with transportation, when I was leaving, I appreciated the fact that they let me stay in my room an extra hour and then they helped me bring my luggage to the lobby so I could sit and wait for the Uber.

Cons:

Two nights of my visit someone pounded on my door in the middle of the night and really frightened me and the front desk was absolutely no help. One of the guys told me that that was a bad area. They were having problems and they had kicked someone out that night before. It was frightening as I was traveling alone as a female.

Please do not advertise the pictures you advertised with. Pictures looked nothing like our room.
Pros:

It was advertised as a breakfast daily hotel. The suite was very large and the bed was comfortable. It had a good location. There was an elevator that quit working but it was fixed later but the same day. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The suite was run down & dirty. There was a stench on the couches & in the refrigerator. There was no breakfast so that was false advertising. No housekeeper cleaned or offered new towels etc for the entire 3 nights we were there. The suites were very loud with people going in and out all day and night with doors slamming. We're assuming people were looking for ice or vending machines. The suites were to have their own locked entrance but they were only locked part of the time. There was no ice on the premises. Our bathroom sink was clogged and when we complained the employee said he would look for a plunger we could use on the sink! The suite was so dirty after walking on the floor our feet were black in less than 30 minutes!
