Pros:

Zimmer sauber und groß.

Cons:

Seit 1.4. neuer Betreiber. Zu wenig Personal. War freundlich und bemüht aber zB beim Frühstück komplett überfordert. Kamen beim Abräumen und Nachfüllen nicht hinterher.
Nur zwei Kaffeemaschinen beim Frühstück bei der Menge an Gästen nicht in Ordnung

Pros:

Nur 30 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. Tolle Anbindung an den ÖNV durch Strassenbahn oder U-Bahn. Altes Ambiente des Hotels liebevoll erhalten. Personal dezent im Hintergrund. Für Wünsche sofort ein offenes Ohr. Wir konnten aufgrund technischer Probleme im Zimme dieses umgehend wechseln.

Cons:

Am Kaffeeautomaten musste man am Morgen oft lange warten. Hätte mir kleine Kaffeekannen mit Kaffee oder heißem Wasser auf einer Theke gewünscht, die man sich für normale Angebote mit zum eigenen Tisch nehmen kann. Wer dann immer noch Wiener Melange oder Espresso oder sonst etwas wünscht, kann dann immer noch am Automaten etwas nehmen. Frühstück war sehr lecker und vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben abends eine Tee- oder Kaffeestube vermisst. Somit mussten wir abends immer noch einmal los, um z.B. einen Tee zu trinken. Es gab - zumindest für uns nicht sichtbar - keine Bar am Abend im Hotel, obwohl es so aussah, dass das möglich wäre.

Reggelí finom volt. Kényelmes az ágy. Nagyok a szobák. Segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

Kevés a személyzet reggelinél az étterembe. Várni kellett az asztalra,hogy leülhes enni. Kicsi az étterem ahol a reggeli büfé van. Ekkora szálodának nagyobb étteremre lenne szüksége ehez a vendég kapacitáshoz. A személyzet ennek ellenére segítőkész volt. Több kávégépet kell beüzemelni reggeli közben.

Romantisches Hotel I’m alten Stil mit vielen Vorteilen

DAs Fruestueck war gut.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit das Hotel vor der Anreise telefonisch zu erreichen. Wir hatten wichtig Fragen.Es Naha nie jemand das Telefon ab. Auch auf Emails wurde nicht geantwortet. Wir Schreiben eine Nachricht/ Reklamation a Booking /com , auch das wurde ignoriert.
Wegen Buchung und Bezahlung sind wir trotz dem angereist. Wir haben ein sehr schönes und genetics Zimmer bekommen, das Haus hat einen alten Stil MIT grossen hohen Raeumen , ist aber sehr angenehm . Es wurde gut geheizt mit Zentralheizung was sehr viel angenehmer ist als Aircondition. Wir konnten im Hotel auch zu Abend Essen , die Qualitaet vom Essen war nicht so gut.

Dirty, badly managed hotel. Avoid.

Our first room has such dirty windows that we asked to change rooms. We were told it was not possible by one member of staff, we came a little later and managed to change the room. The windows on each floor landing are extremely dirty. The fire doors between the landing and corridors leading to rooms bang loudly. One morning there were three people sleeping on the floor of our landing, this was a shocking picture.

Pros:

Hier kann man noch ein wenig Altösterreich erleben. Herrschaftliches Haus mit der gewissen Großzügigkeit, die sich auch im Frühstück zeigte.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice könnte besser sein. Das Badezimmer wurde, wenn überhaupt, nur oberflächig gereinigt.

1)Неплохая локация, 2)приемлемая цена, 3)рядом магазины, 4)есть ванна (люблю очень), неплохая комната, 5)хорошая квадратура, 6)хорошо работал кондиционер, было тепленько в комнате, также было предоставлено 7)кондиционер для волос, твердое мыло и крем для рук👍8)Хорошая уборка, 9)красиво в лобби, также есть вода и иногда сок, если жажда после прибытия или пока ожидаешь свой номер, 10) В туалете, который не в номере, вы можете воспользоваться средствами жен. гигиены, дезодорантом, кремом для рук, средством для волос. Маленькие продуманные детали для комфорта , мне это очень понравилось.

1)Слышимость (как будто в моем номере находились еще люди+ стук, ходьба в коридорах, в мое время еще заселилась школа или студенты из италии, гудел весь отель).
2)Дверь в следующий номер (для тревожных людей, как я это немного пугает+ из-за этого еще бОльшая слышимость)
3)Без звонков постоянных в звонок на ресепшене никого нет+ мужчина на ресепшене был грубоват и как будто недоволен, что приходят люди.

*Учтите, более раннего заселения не предоставят, даже если у отеля есть возможность.
