The hotel clearly does not live up to a 4-star rating. Slippers were provided only after I requested them, but I was told that they do not have bathrobes, which was very strange to me. I would have been willing to pay for bathrobes if they were available.
At around 11 p.m., I asked for a simple black tea or at least some hot water because I was feeling unwell. In the end, I was only given sugar, and I was not even allowed to take the whole sugar bowl to my room — I was told to just pour some into a cup.
For me it is strange that a hotel claiming to be 4 stars and having a restaurant (which was already closed at 11 p.m., although the receptionist did open the door and brought me a cup) could not provide a kettle or a cup of tea.
The room itself was clean, but the bathroom had mold on the tiles near the bathtub, and the bathtub itself was in terrible condition — scratched and covered with dark stains.
What amused me the most was a shelf mounted above the sink that prevented the tap from opening properly. I literally had to lift the shelf slightly with my hand just to open the faucet halfway and wash my hands.

Hotel bien, algo alejado del centro
Pros:

Comodidad, limpieza,todo cuidado al detalle

Cons:

Falta de zumo de ningún tipo en el desayuno, supongo que es normal, como alternativa agua con sabores.
Último día sin agua caliente en todo el hotel….
Sin explicaciones, sin disculpas, sin compensaciónes…

Fajna lokalizacja. Można dojść spacerkiem do centrum.

Cons:

Brak typowej kawiarni i miejsca do odpoczynku / relaksu. Zbyt skromne śniadania jak na hotel.
