We liked it
Pros:

The hotel room was a bit old, but it was comfortable and we had everything we needed. It’s great for it’s price. Also, the girl at the service desk was really nice

Cons:

We came in the evening and the hotel parking was full. But there’s a paid public parking in about 5 min walk from the hotel

They gave our paid room to someone else.
Pros:

Food was great. Coffee was okay-ish. Good location, but have no idea where they found their 4 stars.

Cons:

THEY GAVE OUR PAID, RESERVED ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE.

We booked a suite, so we could sleep with our small children. When we arrived, they told us that they already gave out our room to someone else, they cannot do anything with it, and we had to wait like 2 hours at the reception, while they figured out what to do. Arrived around 20:30, so not too late, but after a long day, the children already just wanted to sleep, and still had to wait for a long time. (They even accepted the booking, responded to our questions, so I have 0 idea how could they messed up). Then they blamed booking.com, and stated that they havent made any mistake.

Our rooms was cold, missed a lot of basic / listed amenities (ie. had no coffee machine, despite being listed)
They couldn't gave us an "universal" card to both rooms, we only had one for each room.

Room was acceptable for a 2 or 3 star hotel, but not for a 4 stars.

Pros:

Nuostabi vieta, istorinis pastaras, viskas labai patogu ir greirai pasiekiama. Tramvajaus sustojimas arti. Viešbučio fojė ir laiptinēs įspŭdingo grožio, labai erdvůs. Restoranas pakankamai didelis, pusryčiai sotŭs.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es einen Tee/ Kaffee Kocher; es gab aber weder Teebeutel och Kapseln……… Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhielten wir lediglich für uns 2 je eine Kapsel für den ganzen Aufenthalt.
Das Personal scheint im Grossen und Ganzen nett, leider sind die meisten der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig…
