Muy acogedoras las habitaciones, el servicio en general fue bueno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son descubiertas a la piscina en la parte superior y nos picaron los bichitos y no hay protección para contrarrestar esta situación.
Cuando sirven el desayuno, no se limpia bien la mesa ni los individuales para recibir a los otros comensales, nos tocó desayunar con los individuales y la mesa a medio limpiar.
Un día antes de retirarme del hotel llegamos tarde y el chico me dijo que para pagar la habitación, le dije que tenía la tarjeta en la habitación que si lo podía hacer temprano y el chico en un tono no muy amable me dijo que tocaba ya, entonces ti no me agradó y más cuando tenía en garantía ya mi tarjeta de crédito.

Este alojamiento tiene publicidad engañosa, usan la foto de una casa a una cuadra de la plaza principal y cuando llegamos descargamos maleta equipaje nos dijeron que la reserva era para una sede Campestre que quedaba como a 15 minutos. Quedamos con maletas descargadas un 30 de diciembre y sin alojamiento porque no estuvimos dispuestos a irnos a una zona rural que vendían como "zona campestre".

Además de ser publicidad engañosa querían obligarnos a tomar el segundo producto que supuestamente era una sede Campestre ...Si. tienen dos sedes paguen dos avisos en booking y no usen de gancho el primero para luego obligar a la gente a que se vaya a un lugar lejano

La ubicación es buena, cerca a la piscina natural y a la iglesia, tiene buena iluminación y si doy buen puntaje
es por el baño, me gusta que el baño sea al aire libre

No tiene parqueadero, tienes que parquear frente al hotel , viaje con mi pareja nos dieron habitación de dos camas, habían habitaciones disponibles y se negaron a dar una de una cama, la piscina es más un jacuzzi es muy pequeña, por este valor hay mejores en el pueblo, nos dejaron batas pero estaban sucias, en el baño te dejan shampoo jabón y acondicionador líquido pero ninguno de los dispensadores sirven

Excelente hotel Colonial con terraza bar

Las instalaciones son hermosas, tiene unos espacios mágicos como la piscina de hidromasaje y la terraza bar, que tiene una vista de 360 grados a todo el municipio. El desayuno delicioso y la decoración espectacular, muy colonial. Debo resaltar la atención del jóven Julio, quien nos atendió muy bien; se esmera por atender a los huéspedes, tiene una muy buena disposición, atiende desde la reserva y en cualquier requerimiento, es el alma del hotel. Una muy buena experiencia.

Cons:

El sonido de la fuente de la piscina se escucha muy fuerte en la habitación del frente de la piscina, se prende a las 8 am y es imposible seguir durmiendo 😬

Parking: There are no on-site carpark facilities or arrangements with nearby parking options, which could be something to consider.

Guaduas offers several activities, including a visit to the countryside farm associated with the hotel, which unfortunately we discovered too late to explore. Providing more information upfront about these options would be helpful for future guests.
