Business Travel honest evaluation
Pros:

It is a convention hotel and run like one. It is clearly not one of the resort style of hotels the Omni brand is known for. Parking staff are third party and not part of the hotel itself and that shows in their care and operations, the hotel staff themselves itself seems to at times have to a lack of desire to do work unlike all the other Omni locations I have stayed at. The rooms are well kept and the hotel above the lobby level is quiet, so there are some good too. Price/value is the same as other hotels in the general area.

I was told a cook named Bella made my food and I was stunned It was extremely delicious presentable and the best food I’ve eaten in a year compliments to her she should get a raise

We can get away or staycation

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when you're in Dallas very clean very professional everyone is so friendly and willing to help and the food and drinks are to die for highly recommend for a weekend getaway or couples retreat or even just a staycation

Hands down an amazing experience

We travel a lot and this is our first time at your hotel. You have an absolute incredible staff particularly Keven at LRH but we have been treated like gold from everyone in the hotel. Starting from Valet to check in and beyond. I am a large business owner and customer service is our number one priority so this is the first time at a hotel that me and my wife have had a true 5 star experience. Next is the food at LRH is absolutely amazing! We had the ribeye, the filet, and the pork chop so far and it's top notch! We have had a ribeye at Gordon Ramsey in Vegas and yours beats his. Please give a pat on the back to your chef and kitchen staff. I have already done a 5 star google review for you. Keep up the great work and we will be back!! Thank you again for the amazing experience!

Lovely anniversary stay
Pros:

We spent the night to celebrate our anniversary. Upon learning this, the front desk clerk upgraded us to a suite! We didn't even realize it until we got up there, but he put us on the 26th floor. The entire hotel had a very calm and relaxed atmosphere (and it was a Saturday night). I never heard nor saw another guest on our floor. The view was incredible. I could see the Cowboy stadium from our room! There was small balcony, just big enough to step out onto, but it's so high up, I didn't stay out there. The suite was very nice, roomy, the bed was comfortable. We walked around the hotel in the morning and saw the pool and workout room. Although we came in the winter, the pool looked absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy it.

Great weekend las colinas stay.
Pros:

First time staying at this tastefully decorated hotel. Very helpful staff throughout stay. Nice, quiet, comfortable and clean room. Easy in and out w car. Parking charges were not unreasonable. Location good to both airports. Will definitely consider staying at this Omni next time in DFW area.

Huitt-Zollars, Inc. 50th Anniversary One-night stay.
Pros:

We stayed at the Omni Hotel after attending a business event. The room and the stay was very enjoyable. The room we stayed in was king size and very spacious. I was disappointed there were no railings or towel hooks in the shower of our room. It could be disasterous for seniors and people with disabilities. Overall, the location, the hotel staff and the room was wonderful! We would recommend and stay with them again in the future. The event food was a disappointment. The chicken was dry, the spaghetti was cold and it wasn't enough food on the late to satisfy. The desserts were delicious.
