My wife and I came into town to see some family and friends for the week. Upon arrival CJ in the valet took great care of my wife and I and got us pointed in the right direction. The place was tidy and clean!
Me and my husband had such a great time at the hotel! We were here visiting family in town! When we used the valet service, employee CJ was very attentive and very patient and understanding with us! He took care of us very well! One of the best employees!
The Omni was great overall. I especially wanted to highlight the valet, CJ was super helpful and did an amazing job!!! Definitely recommend.
The Omni Las Colinas was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food at every restaurant was delicious, and we never had to leave the property because everything we needed was right there. The views were spectacular, and the DJ at the pool on Saturday created such a fun, energetic atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and stayed nice and cool. Overall, it was an incredible experience. 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be returning!

Valet was exceptional each time we used it from check-in to checkout. Cameron along with others were respectful, engaging, and knowledgeable about local recommendations when asked.
The front desk at times were very friendly when the guys were working very kind. The ladies were not as friendly even when trying to engage in conversations.
The rooms were nice and spacious. The first night we did not have housekeeping services we caulked it up to maybe an oversight but the next we did.
The exercise room was enjoyable with several types of equipment that allowed us to do circuit training at the same time.
Breakfast at Flossy was ok, the waitstaff was friendly and accommodating food was average.
My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here. It was great, we got a great view of the city and the camel which made our stay even better! The pool was very relaxing and the location of the hotel was great! We had a wonderful time and will be making this an annual trip for our anniversary ☺️

Beautiful hotel, service is top notch! Away from the busy downtown Dallas, great places near by. The property has a great pool , tiki bar, fire pits at night.
This is a beautiful hotel with a great on‑site restaurant. The property includes a pool with a nearby tiki bar and several additional activities for families or friends to enjoy. The airport is conveniently close, though there is no shuttle service available.
The staff was friendly and welcoming; however, when I asked for recommendations or directions to places in the area, the employees I spoke with weren’t very helpful. The hotel could also benefit from having more bartenders and wait staff. We were there for a conference during the World Cup, and the team simply couldn’t keep up with the influx of guests. I would stay again.
