Decent all around :)
Pros:

Location was good, easy access to downtown
Felt pretty safe - like that you need key pass to enter lobby and elevator
Staff were friendly

Cons:

Breakfast not included, for price I would have hoped it would be
Bed was just a double bed. No fitted sheet so it kept coming untucked from box spring. Pretty dirty behind the head of the bed ie. hair, crumbs etc left behind
Older facility so found the walls to be thin and could hear neighbours talking and the doors slamming
No hairdryer in bathroom but staff brought one quickly
Parking lot was very full- would be better if hotel was only using parkade instead of it being public use as well
