Very very poor .We would never stay there again ,it presents as a 21/2 star at best

The hotel is extremely tired and in a poor part of town the furnishings are old and worn also the management are badly underfunded an example is when we went to the 12 th floor bar and asked for the wine list we were told that there was 2 wines red and white take it or leave it ,there is nothing else ,breakfast left a lot to be desired,so much so we skipped it on the last day

Decent quality hotel in great location.
Pros:

The location is perfect for my plans and the hotel in general is the usual Radisson standard - helpful staff, clean room, nothing fancy.

Cons:

The curtains didn't close properly and the bathroom sink seemed to be partially blocked.
Could also do with more power outlets and in better positions.

Horrible sleep.
Pros:

It’s nice that there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the building.

Cons:

Bed was not comfy and every single pillow was small and lumpy and some were so thin that even folding them in half wasn’t comfortable. The duvet was just a blanket with a sheet on either side, which I’ve never seen before. The sheets would just slide off and we’d have two sheets and a blanket tangled up. It was the worst sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel or motel and we’re both still tired and in pain from the stay.
Also, when you first exit the elevator from the car park before going to the lobby, the carpet in that area absolutely reeks like pee. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t at least have the carpet removed in there…
