Tout les matins nous entendons les gens parler dans le couloir et les gens qui passe par la piscine avec le port bagage puisque La chambre qu on nous attribuer était entre le couloir et le passage extérieur vers le parking derrière ...nous pensons que les mur ne sont pas assez insonorisé....merci

Stay anywhere but here. It rates, hands down, as one of the most awful experiences I've had in a hotel ever. And I travel a lot. There is a lot that was wrong with my stay but the big ticket, stand out item was the fact the sheets were dirty (they most definitely had not been changed since the previous guest) and the bed smelled awful- this horrible musty smell. I have communicated this directly to the hotel, with pictures (since there's certain visual proof that really says it all). Apparently, they were "sorry" and they would "take it up with housekeeping." Believe me, they aren't as sorry I am that I wasted the money I paid to stay here.

I would stay again but shuttle was one of the main reasosn to stay at this hotel. Very nice people.
Pros:

room was comfortable and clean. We arriaved at 2:00am
Breakfast was good. service great.
Shuttle took about an hour and at that time it was difficult because we were so tired.

Cons:

Long wait for shuttle when they said 20 minutes, it was an hour.

Pros:

Nice pool and the staff was excellent. 24 hour shuttle was exactly what we needed. Food at the on site restaurant was excellent both times we stayed there. Will stay again when we travel to Miami

Excelente ubicación, limpio y el servicio 100 😁
Pros:

Me encantó la limpieza y la ubicación perfecta para encontrar alimentos ricos y de buen precio. Dentro del hotel hay restaurantes para el desayuno y otras comidas excepcionales.
Nos ayudaron con información que necesitábamos al momento. El personal fue muy amable.

Nothing really. Would have been great if we were given a room near the reception instead of walking a mile right to the end of the 2nd last corridor next to the huge carpark meant for people who drive
