Great stay except well the one guy
Pros:

The front desk staff were super nice and very impressive

Cons:

The manager of cleaning staff should be fired twice and rehired just so you could fire again. The jerk banged on doors with don’t disturb signs Sunday morning and entered my room twice while I was sleeping

We had a great stay , if ever in the area again I would definitely stay here .

No big complaints and we would stay again
Pros:

Staff was great as well as breakfast and what we got for the cost.

Cons:

The temperature of the room struggled a little to keep up and was a little warmer than we would have wanted.

Cons:

The room has carpeting and was very dusty. You could run your fingers over the furniture and wipe off the dust. The result: a rhinitis flare-up and a ruined trip, The duvet was also dirty—it looked like some kind of dye. It clearly hadn't been washed or replaced, and I ended up lying in someone else's filth.

the carpet was wet when we entered

sink was clogged.. we opted to remain in the room instead of having the hassle to pack up and relocate to another room

We were disappointed
Pros:

Everything was exceptional except for one big thing.

Cons:

The day we arrived it was 100°. We were anticipating swimming and cooling off and when we arrived at the pool, it was being shocked and we were told we could not come back until tomorrow. We were only staying one day so we never did get to swim and cool off.

Last minute convention
Pros:

My overall stay was great. Took me around 4ish or so hours to drive arrived later than I'd anticipated, but the front desk staff I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting were Top Notch and the lady that was working front desk YOU hunnay saved my life with those Dr Peppers give this woman a raise because I was in an 8 hour long convention and a girl needs a bit of caffeine. It was very clean they accommodated all my needs the few days I stayed.
