We didn't like that eggs are not cracked daily, they seem to be from a pre-made mix.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. French toast could be cooked way more. Too mushy. Tables in dining area need to be wiped. People are forced to sit at dirty tables to eat. Table at entry looks messy in the morning when people sit there to eat ...and staff does not keep it clean

No one went into the pool even as front end staff was telling them to use it
We were extremely disappointed. Family vacation, 5 hot days and no swimming. No Fun. Should have been some kind of refund offered. My pool professional daughter told staff the pool must be back washed 1st ( an important step) then shocked. 2 days in a row and it would be clear /safe to swim. Feel free to send some kind of compensation. It would make us feel like valued customers who would not be afraid to book your hotel again

Nice hotel, bed was too soft for my preference. Had the bed been firmer, would have given it a 10. New facility. Helpful staff…but at the end of the day, I go there to sleep

When I booked, it said I would be on a high floor with city views, but I was on 3rd floor with a rooftop view of the cen

The property was clean. It smelled good during the day, but kind of a sewage smell on the first evening.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about the property. I would stay again.
