Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with a few areas that could be improved.
Pros:

The location was very convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Needs to train housekeepers
Pros:

I FOUND A USED SYRINGE IN A TISSUE BOX THAT WAS IN MY ROOM. Luckily we did not get poked. The house keeping does not take pride in their work and make sure that the room is safe. The hotel itself is ok but the staff needs to be trained better. When asking the housekeeping staff for more supplies and/or towels, they get upset and say I have to go downstairs and ask. I don't ask for much, not even housekeeping during my stay. They can at least give me supplies. I don't have this issue at other locations. Despite this major discrepancy, there is mold in the shower (for those allergic to mold) and a light was flashing as if it was about to burn out in the room.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Had a great experience. Room was great, staff was helpful. I was completely comfortable. I didn't have breakfast here, so i cant comment on that.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at.
Pros:

I really enjoyed this hotel. front desk staff was very helpful and super nice. my room was quiet, and bigger than expected. I enjoyed the space. would book here again.

Cons:

i dont have any downsides. the only thing i could think of was that one morning, i really wanted a banana for breakfast and they didnt have any bananas. but thats not a huge problem.

Pros:

The free breakfast was really good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were there to visit the Netflix house at the galleria and this was very close to it.
