Enjoy the event, but feel the hotel was overpriced
Pros:

Room was fairly clean, and hotels seemed to accommodate most of the conference events.

Cons:

Did not like that there were additional fees charged at the property in addition to what booking.com collected in advance. Size of the room was not what I would expect for price paid. Not the safest area of town.

Like it all. Was great of a place even when you came in late they had something to eat instead of having to do somewhere your not sure and could’ve a hooded place

Enjoyed the room, did not enjoy the service.
Pros:

The hotel room was nice

Cons:

The service was not good, we asked for towels and never received any. We also asked for assistance with our luggage from our room, and they never came.

Nice location and stay, would come back
Pros:

Awesome location in the heart of downtown and literally few steps from a Dart station for public transit. Nice, comfortable rooms, good food outletsz pretty easy stay.

Cons:

You can only.access the building from the main entrance despite having doors on the four sides and streets. It was a vey busy and slow line for check-in due to Valentine's holiday (only a couple of front desk staff members trying to handle 20+ guests). The rest worked out perfectly.
