Nice location and stay, would come back
Pros:

Awesome location in the heart of downtown and literally few steps from a Dart station for public transit. Nice, comfortable rooms, good food outletsz pretty easy stay.

Cons:

You can only.access the building from the main entrance despite having doors on the four sides and streets. It was a vey busy and slow line for check-in due to Valentine's holiday (only a couple of front desk staff members trying to handle 20+ guests). The rest worked out perfectly.

I thought the Executive Suite would have better quarters.
Pros:

Staff was nice and facility was nice. Bathroom was superb.

Cons:

Room had odor. Couch had fur on it. Living quarters were not maintained.

Wow!
Pros:

First and foremost I would like to say that this place has an amazing bartender named Raj? He’s knowledgeable and genuinely super sweet! After a rough day with travels, and murphy’s law I was ready to be just downright defeated. My flight was delayed, my baggage was lost, and overall I just really missed home. He helped me out with different places to get basic essentials, knew of a restaurant that reminded me of my mother’s cooking, and genuinely showed empathy and care about my problems. Sheraton, you’ve no idea how much this man helped me out in a time of crises and neither does he. I truly hope this review is told to him and I will be loyal to this hotel thanks to him.
