Didn’t meet expectations
Pros:

We arrived at our hotel exhausted after a long drive, hoping to check in at 3 p.m. However, the staff informed us that we couldn’t check in even though we arrived at the designated time. We tried checking in through the app, but it showed that our room wasn’t ready. Since our room had been changed, we were also unable to receive a digital key.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes, which was a stark contrast to the hotel’s claim of being smoke-free. After waiting for an eternity, we finally reached our hotel room. We collapsed onto our beds, only to find them to be as hard as rocks. The air conditioning was ineffective; we set it to high, but it felt like low, and when we turned it to cold, it was hot. We were drenched in sweat all night.

The refrigerator didn’t work at all and couldn’t keep our food cold. The next morning, we headed to breakfast, where the food was decent, but the staff was incredibly disrespectful. They didn’t bother to use any manners and pushed their way through the crowd, expecting us to move without asking.

Experiência decepcionante, tinha reserva para outro da mesma rede próximo à Disney e desmarquei busquei outro hotel.

decent hotel , great breakfast
Pros:

staff were all very kind
breakfast was the best part !! huge variety of foods - we stayed over 4th of july and they had red white and blue sprinkles to add to your waffles :)

Cons:

the "fitness center " didn't have any weights , just 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill and 1 bike. it was size of a closet essentially.

the "free shuttle" to universal ONLY leaves ONE time at 8am!

Pros:

The Hampton Inn at 5621 Windover Dr, Orlando, FL is a very centrally located hotel, just a few minutes from the FL Turnpike, I-4 and HWY 435 - South Kirkman Road. It's 10 - 15 minutes driving time from Millenia Mall, Int'l Dr, OBT, and Universal Studios Parks. It is a very reliable, clean, comfortable, family friendly hotel, with the highly standard excellence anticipated from a Hampton Inn. As expected, they offer complementary hot breakfast, WI-FI, and self-parking, among other amenities. It's a great value at a very convenient location.

Overall great location and friendly staff
Pros:

I was extremely happy with this location. We arrived early due to having to work and the front desk staff were nice enough to let us check in a little earlier. The wifi worked great for our meetings. Breakfast was on time and warm. Lots of places nearby to grab some food. Room was clean, water pressure was great.
