Gute Ausstattung und Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist super ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel.
Die Lage ist super nah zu den Universal Studios und es wird auch ein kostenloses Shuttle zum Park bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr simple mit Papptellern und Plastikbesteck. Ein bisschen Käse oder Wurst und Obst/Gemüse wäre schön gewesen.

Nice stay but didn’t like toilet running and shower leaking all night

Very nice location. Near all we went to. Breakfast was very good. 24hr coffee bar was nice too.

The hotel is in ain a walking distance from Universal gate, even so thay provide a free shattel once a day to the studio.
this with free parking make the stay at the Hampton Inn Closest to Universal, very conviniant.

A localização é boa; o café bem honesto; quartos limpos; estacionamento bom.

Cons:

O hotel não cobrou no meu check-in uma parte do valor, por erro deles. Depois de 7,8 dias foram cobrar e eu estava no parque. Qual não foi a minha surpresa, na minha volta, os meus dois cartões do quarto estavam cancelados. Fui questioná-los e eles deram a desculpa que a catraca do parque desmagnitizou. Totalmente desnecessário. Eu estava lá todos dias, o café-da-manhã é na frente da recepção, eles tinham o meu cartão de crédito salvo. Não havia motivo algo para bloquearem o meu acesso.
