My stay at the Hampton Inn in Orlando was overall very pleasant. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and everything met my expectations.

Cons:

I would like to suggest an improvement for guest safety. During my stay, I slipped and fell in the bathtub, as there was no anti-slip mat. Adding a non-slip mat or surface in the tub would greatly help prevent accidents and make the stay even safer for guests.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient
Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel in amazing location. Close to everywhere I needed to be. Breakfast was good, as was the all-day coffee availability. Friendly staff and easiest check-in of all time. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Das Zimmer ist super ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel.
Die Lage ist super nah zu den Universal Studios und es wird auch ein kostenloses Shuttle zum Park bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr simple mit Papptellern und Plastikbesteck. Ein bisschen Käse oder Wurst und Obst/Gemüse wäre schön gewesen.

Our Home Away From Home
Pros:

We stay at this hotel 6 or more times a year and have a wonderful experience every time. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful at any hour. The managers are excellent as well! The breakfast staff ensures no food runs out EVER. My children love the afternoon cookies too! If any items are needed (extra towels, etc.), housekeeping is quick to respond.
The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept on while vacationing!
The drive to Disney is easy! If you’re visiting to experience Universal, it is super close with a morning shuttle from the hotel. We (family of 5) highly recommend this hotel. You can’t beat the value and convenience of this location.
