Excelente custo benefício, destaque para quarto grande, café da manhã e estacionamento gratuito.
Pros:

Localização: Bem próxima a Universal, McDonalds, WallGreens e da International Drive.
Quarto: Tamanho grande, excelente, porém com um pouco de barulho da via (pode ter sido a posição do meu). O banheiro também grande com muito bons jogos de toalha. Cama um pouco mole (tem quem goste) com roupas de cama muito boas e tudo sempre limpinho e cheiroso (troca diária).
Estacionamento: Gratuito e com muitas vagas.
Transporte: Tem transporte gratuito somente para a Universal.
Café da Manhã: Não é o que estamos acostumados no Brasil, mas atende bem para não sair sem comer nada. Durante o dia e a noite tem café liberado na recepção.

Cons:

Barulho da via incomoda um pouco para quem tem sono leve.
Cama mole demais, particularmente não gosto.
Café da manhã poderia ter mais frutas, só tem banana.

Muy cercano a los parque de Universal, comodo e incluye el desayuno
Pros:

El hotel, muy conveniente, para llegar al parque Universal, las instalaciones muy agradables, la manager muy amable y atenta a los requerimientos, el desayuno esta incluido, ideal y estandar para el hotel, es fresco y caliente.

Cons:

La habitación que nos asignaron tenia alfombra, ya no es muy conveniente, los hoteles modernos han migrado a Madera SPC o laminado, es mas higienico. La ducha tambien es antigua.

Komplett hellhörig… jemand der nicht mit Geräuschen schlafen kann ist ganz dringend von diesem Hotel abzuraten. Sehr altmodische Zimmer.

Pros:

El servicio de transporte a parques de Universal este bien. No entendi porque no tienen a Disney.

Cons:

El espacio para desayunar algo limitado. Los alimentos del desayuno pueden ofrecer algunas cosas como jamon, queso, que son buen complemento de los desayunos.

Bella and Arlette at the front office were awesome. Also at the breakfast area Angela and Carmen were very nice. Thank you guys.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location; it's clean, the beds and rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

We stayed for 7 days, and breakfast was the same every day. I suggest you improve the variety by offering different fruits and other options, since it's always the same and doesn't have much flavor, which gets boring.
There's a slight musty smell in the rooms.

Hot breakfast

Cons:

Tub faucet was coming off, they couldn't give us a chair for the tub. My daughter broke her ankle and couldn't put pressure on it. When i called 2 times to question a scooter on the bus I was told it was ok but when we got there was told it couldn't go on the bus. We ended up driving ourselves to Universal. They need to communicate better.
