Pros:

Naprosto vynikající welness prostory s bazénem s teplou vodou, kterým se dá dostat až ven, pára, sauna, místo k relaxaci s boxy pro soukromí. Poukázky na welcome drinky. Ochotný personál, možnost parkování v ceně pobytu přímo v hotelu, nebo u něj. Balkon na pokoji. Blízkost od nástupní stanice lanovky.

Cons:

Trochu špinavé zdi v pokoji u stolu i v koupelně (pokoj 214), uvolněný háček ze zdi na pověšení ručníků trochu kazil dojem z jinak moc hezkého ubytování. Slabší vybavenost kuchyňky, chyběla nám rychlovarná konvice, lepší by byla mikrovlnka, než trouba, nebylo prkénko na krájení, nebylo čím umýt nádobí, ale je tam myčka.

Alles was top verzorgd. Veel faciliteiten, we zijn niks te kort gekomen. Hele goede bedden met keuze uit verschillende kussens. Het hotel heeft een meer dan uitstekend restaurant.

Sehr freundliches Personal, insgesamt sehr gut.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, es fehlt jedoch eine zweite Kaffeemaschine oder ein extra Heißwasserbehälter für Tee. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Im Doppelzimmer fehlte eine Sitzgelegenheit, ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen oder Hockern.
So konnte man nur im Bett sitzen.

Cons:

Ik miste echt een waterkoker. We hadden een appartement, wel met een koffieapparaat, maar geen waterkoker.
Helaas geen handdoekwissel in een week!

Město i hotel má velmi příjemný vibe.

Vi synes det virkelig dejligt og hyggeligt. Særlig ros til personale for venlighed.
Pros:

Meget hjælpsomt personale. Fine værelser, lækkert pool og sauna område. God beliggenhed. Nemt at ankomme uden for åbningstid.

Pros:

Pokoje byly velice prostorné, čisté a v blízkosti lanovky. Wellness super. Parkování perfektní. Ubytování bychom velice doporučili, ale stravovací služby, i když chápeme, že bylo psáno, že nepatří ke stejnému majiteli, tak kazí celkový dojem z hotelu. Za nás po druhé ubytování velice rádi, stravovací služby budeme, ale volit jinde, abychom si nakazili dojem z dovolené.

Cons:

Personál recepce by mohl být více orientován na zákazníka, a to i ve svém vystupování. Pokoj nebyl připraven pro naše děti. Na druhou stranu pokojská ač neuměla německy byla velice milá a vše s omluvou hned napravila. Restaurace sice nepatří k ubytování, neměli jsme zde snídaně, tak to nemůžeme posoudit. Ale navštívili jsme k odpolední kávě a druhý den k obědu a oběd bych zhodnotila katastrofou, jídlo hrozné a obsluha v obou případech neprofesionální.

Die Venediger Lodge ist im gegensatz zu vor drei Jahren ihr Geld nicht mehr wert. Wir werden uns nach einem anderen Hote

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Zimmers waren wie vor drei Jahren super.
Die Massage im Hotel bei Frau Elisabeth Germek, war nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, es hatte Haare und Schimmel in der Dusche.
Unter dem Bett im Schlafzimmer war die Socken des vorherigen Gastes umd viel Staub zu finden.
Ebenfalls war das ganze Geschirr des vorherigen Gastes noch mehr oder weniger sauber im Geschirrspühler zu finden.
Des weiteren war der Wäscheständer auf der Terasse gebrochen, trotz einer Meldung an der Rezeption und der versicherung das dieser schnellst möglich repariert wird, wurde dieser bis zur abreise nicht mal begutachtet.
