Molto facile da raggiungere, comoda per Ascoli ma anche per il mare. Apprezzata la piscina.

Complessivamente assai soddisfacente.
Pros:

Posizione strategica per le finalità della nostra vacanza. Le stanze erano ampie e comode. La pulizia si è rivelata ottima. La colazione era buona e abbondante.

Cons:

Non è stato facile trovare la struttura; solo grazie alle segnalazioni di un abitante della cittadina vicina siamo riusciti a trovare il complesso. Sulla strada è comunque presente un cartello segnalatore. Il parcheggio è piccolo (ho sempre trovato posto, ma in alta stagione potrebbe essere un problema). Non esiste un portierato permanente, ma solo un servizio di accoglienza in base agli orari concordati di arrivo.

Pros:

La struttura è nuova e accogliente con piscina, angolo cottura essenziale.

Cons:

La colazione è limitata a prodotti da forno dolci, manca il salato. E comunque non è in sala comune.
