Our stay at the Curio Collection in Bogotá was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the phenomenal service at the front desk.
Kelly and Ivan set the absolute standard for world-class hospitality. They were incredibly helpful with every request, effortlessly accommodating late checkouts, resolving key card issues in a flash, and handling every situation with grace and efficiency. Beyond their stellar professionalism, their genuine empathy and kindness toward my pregnant wife made us feel completely cared for and at home.
If you are visiting Bogotá, this hotel is wonderful, but the team—especially Kelly and Ivan—makes it truly special. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

The best hotel in Bogota PERIOD
All the hotel staff was very kind attentative.
Rooms were amazing with soundproof sliding door and A/C which made the whole experience amazing . Hotel food was great although a lot of dining option within walking distance
Good experiences in Salivo Hilton which provides good quality of foods and good service from their staff.
Everything has been absolutely amazing! The staff especially have been so nice and super helpful. The smiles are infectious and i absolutely love the local cuisine!

Modern, spacious rooms with stunning views in a fantastic Parque 93 location. Great breakfast with plenty of variety, a well-equipped gym and spa, and genuinely friendly, attentive staff throughout our stay.
The guest services app needs improvement. Room service requests were occasionally missed, and the spa appeared fully booked when it wasn’t. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning on our first night due to maintenance, although everything was resolved quickly by the amazing staff.

10/10, no notes. Greeted by Cassandra, she was incredible. She is so helpful, helped me sign on to the wifi. Super necessary. The staff, so accommodating. The food- delicious. The views- immaculate. Love this place. Also give Cassandra a raise. Throw in a promotion while you’re at it. Cassandra deserves it all.
A lovely hotel right next to the park. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the breakfast staff (shout out Cassandra!)
