Le fait que c’est en plein centre ville

Cons:

Les meubles de la douche sont vieux et gâtés. La Colleen de douche est gâtée et du coup le réglage de l’eau chaude est déréglée. L’eau chauffe et change de température en quelques secondes sans qu’on ait actionné une puissance supplémentaire.
Le wifi ne marche pas la nuit, déjà que c’est plusieurs wifi fragmenté par étage.
Les téléphones en chambre ne fonctionnent pas.
Chapeau bas pour le vieux gardien qui est très très courtois.

El personal en general muy bien, el chico que nos recibió muy bien..
PERO LA PERSONA QUE HIZO EL CHECK OUT PÉSIMO, primero hizo mal las cuentas de liquidar para el check out y tuve que pedir desglose y claro ....no cuadro el valor, se hizo el que no entendía inglés...luego de dar dinero local y entregar la tarjeta el la LANZO DE FORMA MALCRIADA...
Eso es pésimo para la imagen de un hotel...los empleados deben ser amables y ayudar a los clientes..( ese es su trabajo?

A city that is still developing city and a lot is desired regarding the hotel industry in Lome.
Pros:

The customer care was excellent from all the staff especially at the reception.

There room had a funny smell that was really disgusting everytime I would return from work.
