La ubicación, los precios y la alberca para adultos

Cons:

El cuarto no tenia minibar, me dejaron sin hacer el aseo éramos un grupo de 6 personas y solo nos daban 4 camastros en la playa, el trato de los meseros y el personal de recepción fue nefasta, desagradable interacción, nos fueron a tocar al cuarto para ver si ya lo habíamos desocupado el dia del check out, realmente la gente que trabaja ahí sin respeto ni educación

Es un hotel básico, en general todo bien pero de calidad promedio.
Pros:

Todo muy limpio, muy puntuales con los tiempos marcados para el bufete.

Cons:

La alberca es muy pequeña y por lo mismo siempre está llenísima, la variedad de comida es limitada, está rico pero no hay muchas opciones en el bufete en general.
En la habitación que nos tocó con vista al mar todo el tiempo se escuchaba el ruido de las máquinas del hotel, lo cual llega a desesperar porque es 24 horas.
El internet muy malo, hubo días que simplemente en el cuarto no llegaba.

Es un buen hotel pero por el precio que se paga, deberían mejorar la calidad de alimentos y bebidas
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento. Hugo en el servicio de playa y Manuel de botones fueron muy atentos.

Cons:

Los insumos usados para bebida tanto alcohólicas como no, parecían de mala calidad. Por ejemplo, las aguas en la comida y cena en lugar de ser naturales eran de sobre (polvo mezclado con agua). A los refrescos siempre les faltaba gas y las bebidas con alcohol sabían rebajadas.

En nuestra habitación éramos 4 personas y solo nos dejaban 3 toallas, siempre teníamos que pedir una adicional y tardaban mucho en llegar.

This Hotel appears 5 stars in booking, however the hotel and rooms are very basic, it is very hote and the air conditioner is not working in all rooms, the foods are very tradicional and basic, the swiming pool is dirty and the water is not changed, the stuff do the cleaning of the swiming pool by taking the water from the pool,

Excelente ubicación, el sabor de los alimentos muy bueno, los empleado son muy amables y es un lugar confortable para la familia, sus horarios son muy buenos y se ejecutan bien, las habitaciones son limpias.
