El check in fatal!! Si tienen un letrero que dice check in para apps porque no lo usan?? Muy muy lento todo, si saben que tienen grupos pq no hacer un registro para ellos? Muy mal.
El restaurante sin variedad.

We booked a king suite and the view was really nice. The staff was nice. BUT THIS IS NOT A 5 star hotel. At check in they don’t even want to waste time explaining, they give you a piece of paper and say, here is ll you need to know. There’s no room service ! No fridge in the room.
The food is terrible. The pool area is dirty and old, lacked maintenance. We checked in on a Friday, and walking into the kids pool there was a cotton swab on the floor, today (Monday) checking out I took a picture of it, still there. The pool area is so lacking of maintenance that my boy cut two of his toes on the broken flooring of the pool. We asked for a cot for our 2 yer old baby, and what they gave us was short out of a horror movie, it was pure wood and a mattress which would have hurt our boy for days. The windows are so thin and of poor quality that you can hear everything from the outside and it’s hard to sleep. It was on offer and cheap, but definitely a fraud .. not a 5 star hotel .. don’t make my mistake, believe the reviews nd pick another hotel. The shower is old nd short. There’s no room service, no fridge and the pool towels are so old and ugly.
Limpeza e a vista do quarto
Barulho e a praia nao exclusiva dos hospedes. Pessoas alugando caixas de som que ficavam ate tarde com volume muito alto. Por este motivo sai um dia antes. Comida apenas razoavel. Por ser all inclusive esperava mais.

La atención pésima, el hotel en sus instalaciones se ve muy viejo para lo que fue el cobro, no tenía toallas y cuando las pedimos tardaba
El todo incluido
No había agua caliente en la regadera del cuarto, los sancks deben ser consumidos en el área de restaurante, lo que hace que el todo incluido no se disfrute tanto, aunque entiendo que es para mantener la limpieza en el área y la alberca es muy pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones que tienen
