Location was brilliant, host was really helpful and welcoming, apartment was very comfortable

Pros:

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hat super funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sehr schick und toll gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße - in 1 Minute ist man direkt wieder mittendrin. Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gut fand ich, dass es Kaffee und Tee im Apartment gab.

Tutte le volte che soggiorniamo ad Ortigia scegliamo questa struttura. Curata nei minimi dettagli, in una posizione perfetta per visitare l’isola. E cosa ancora più importante il personale e’ gentilissimo.

Parfaitement parfait
Pros:

Appartement joliment décoré et très grand. Propre et bien équipé. Café et thé mis à disposition pour la durée du séjour. À proximité des centres d’intérêts, à deux pas de la mer et bonnes adresses très proches pour profiter de la gastronomie italienne. Accueil au top, réactif et adresses communiquées parfaites et proches. Bref c’est un sans faute.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft im Herzen Ortigias
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Appartment in bester Lage.
Die Informationen sowohl vor unserer Anreise als auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren sehr hilfreich.
Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Bei der Anfahrt ist zu beachten, dass die Gasse, in der sich die Unterkunft befindet, mit einem Auto nicht zu befahren ist. Auch die Gasse davor ist nur einspurig, man kann also maximal eine halbe Minute dort anhalten, um rasch das Gepäck zu entladen.
Auch sonst gibt es nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln: In der Küche fehlt ein Topf zum Zubereiten von Pasta, ebenso ein Geschirrhandtuch.

Quiet location, spacious and beautiful rooms.
Pros:

Centrally located in the island of Ortigia, in a very quiet small alley.
The room was on the ground floor, with big glass windows and doors bringing light inside.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The staff were nice and responsive.

Cons:

You can hear noise from the room above you; conversations, noise from TV as well as footsteps.
There's a common area with a pool table and comfy chairs, but that was not available - perhaps they allow access during the summer season. The same can be said about the seating area inside the courtyard.

L’emplacement + la décoration de la réception et du salon.

Cons:

La chambre est très sombre, peu d’éclairages, c’est triste. Il n’y a aucun volet et un seul rideau très peu occultant. On est réveillés tôt par le soleil. Sur le reste de l’appartement, pas de rideau sur un côté, donc très peu d’intimité. La chambre est assez bruyante. Problème de fenêtre cassée dans la salle de bains, ouverte du coup tout le séjour + le store de la fenêtre de la salle de bains qui s’est effondré le 2ieme jour. Odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bains.
