Please note, If you book a room at Upper House, entrance to the spa is included.

If you book a room at Gothia Towers, you can book spa entrance according to availability with an additional fee.

The age limit to visit the Upper House Spa is 18 years, or 15 years if accompanied by legal guardian.

Perfekt hotell för weekend i Göteborg.
Pros:

Centralt men ändå tyst, då stadens brus inte hörs högt upp. Jättefin frukost.

Riktigt skithotell och bemötandet var under all kritik, man försökte inte ens fixa saker o ting utan ”gå till ICA o hand

Jag ringde 2 gånger till hotellet och ville förvissa mig om att det fanns mat för diabetiker ”oh ja vi kan byta ut till fullkornsprodukter och varma grönsaker och frukosten hade allt möjligt för diabetiker”
Rent skitsnack!!👹👿👹 sämsta skit jag varit med om, jag fick gå till ICA och köpa grönsaker och sen betala fullt pris för en sketen köttbit, på frukosten visste de inte om vad nyckelkållsmärkt ost vad för något och efter mycket om och men så hittade de ett paket Becel hör och häpnad, inget var uppmärkt med fetthalt, vad det var för nåt osv osv
Träffade på ett riktigt stjärnskott som hette Marcel och han beklagade verkligen detta som hänt och tyckte hela situationen var pinsam….. personal bakom disken sa”vi kan bara ta det här vidare”
Jag har bott på många hotell i Sverige och utanför Sverige men detta är det sämsta som jag har skådat och hur bemötande var👹👹👹så jag fick ta med egen frukost….egna grönsaker och dressing, tack snälla Marcel för att du bjöd på sista restaurangbesöket!det uppskattades

Frustrerande.
Pros:

Frukosten var bra, kändes lite konstigt att behöva beställa tid och beställa maträtter.

Cons:

Ingen fungerande TV på rummet. Blev erbjuden ett nytt rum där personalen sa att dom kollat så att TV-n fungerade, så jag bytte rum. Men TV-n fungerade inte där heller så då blev jag lovad kompensation när jag checkade ut. Kompensation visade sig vara avdrag på varor jag köpt i minibaren på rummet. Men jag hade inte köpt något i minibaren så jag blev utan kompensation. Nyckelkortet slutade fungera så det fick laddas om. Det blev många besök i receptionen.
