Please note, If you book a room at Upper House, entrance to the spa is included.

If you book a room at Gothia Towers, you can book spa entrance according to availability with an additional fee.

The age limit to visit the Upper House Spa is 18 years, or 15 years if accompanied by legal guardian.

Great location and facilities with very helpful staff. Great breakfast.
Pros:

Eventually got the room we had booked and was really excellent. Great views. Good breakfast. Location was brilliant for transport links. Huge foyer with plenty of seating.

Cons:

Got given a smaller room than booked and took a twhile to sort out. But staff were really helpful and we got room we paid for. Pro0bably need more coffee machines. Windows in room were dirty on outside, but with loads of building works nearby almost impossible to keep clean.
