Please note, If you book a room at Upper House, entrance to the spa is included.

If you book a room at Gothia Towers, you can book spa entrance according to availability with an additional fee.

The age limit to visit the Upper House Spa is 18 years, or 15 years if accompanied by legal guardian.

You are encouraged to make a table reservation and book parking space in advance. After booking, you will receive instructions from Gothia Towers Hotel via email.

Pros:

Fantastiskt varmt välkomnande! Vi firade en familjemedlems 80årsdag och han blev uppmärksammad på ett fint sätt av personalen, både vid incheckning och vid frukostarna. Det kändes personligt och varmt trots hotellets storlek.

Kanonhotell med perfekt läge
Pros:

Läget, personalen,sängen

Cons:

Kylskåpet i minibaren var ur funktion så det gick inte att använda för att kyla sina medtagna grejer.

Frukostbuffén var lite väl crowded, ägg/baconstationen var så lång kö till att när man väl kom fram så fick man knappt en halv sked äggröra och bara smulor av baconet och de hårdkokta äggen var alltid slut, eloge till personalen dock som försökte sitt allra bästa med att fylla på så gott de kunde.
Det fanns ingen glutenfri avdelning så det ställde till det lite för frugan.

Pros:

Excellent location next to the "Korsvägen" public transit hub (tram and bus), excellent breakfast (lots of space, many choices)

Frukosten var fantastisk! Jag uppskattade Spavistelsen väldigt mycket. Toppen att ni hade vanliga badtofflor och inte tofflor där man ska ha något mellan tårna. Mycket skön säng! Morgonrocken, handdukarna och allt detta var av yppersta kvalitet

Cons:

Ingenting var dåligt. Jag uppskattade allt från mottagandet då vi checkade in till då vi checkade ut.

Really enjoyed it
Pros:

This was my second time I stayed here. The hotel location absolutely serves my purposes. The room I got was really nice, with comfortable bed and all necessary things. The breakfast was delicious and staff really helpful.

Frokost med godt utvalg og hyggelig betjening i toppetasjen, glassheis, rent rom med komfertable senger, bar og resturang på hotellet.
Parkeringshus i nabobygg som du kan gå innendørs til.

Härlig atmosfär på hotellet och närheten till aktiviteterna vi hade bokat.
Pros:

Frukosten är jättebra. Bra med olika stationer. Satt längre in i lokalen, för där är det lite mindre ljud.

Cons:

Lite hög ljudnivå i första delen av matsalen.
