Lovely apartment in good location
Pros:

A lovely apartment in a good location, easy to just walk everywhere. Nice courtyard to relax in after a day of wandering about.

Cons:

The apartment was on the ground level, right on the road so opening the window for fresh air was not really an option.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with 6 lovingly decorated spacious rooms with kitchens. The owners designed it as if it were their own home with quality beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Its right on the border of old town so you are in old town within 2 mins walk. It has a stunning peaceful courtyard with a small enjoyable pool, with views of the old town buildings. Really a perfect hotel and Agapi the host is a lovely woman who looks after you. She is very glamorous as well. :-)

Cons:

Everything was great. The rooms in the front are on a busy but fun street so depends on what you want - views of the pool courtyard or bustling street which also means you will hear some traffic. The rooms are sound-proofed which helps but be aware of this difference.

Perfect stay in Rethymno
Pros:

Excellent location, exceptionally clean. We had a ground floor room next to the pool which I would highly recommend. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again.

A very enjoyable stay with excellent accommodation and location
Pros:

It's a very well located position with easy walking access to all parts of Rethymo. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well. The cooking facilities appeared good although we mainly used it for breakfasts or occasional lunches. There is also a small garden area with a very small pool and chairs that offers a change of environment but we were too busy outside to take advantage of that. The proprietor and staff were all very friendly. There are so many eating places in the vicinity some fairly close by and others a little further distant you are spoiled for choice of where to eat.

Cons:

We only stayed for 7 days but could have spent more time here. Its well placed for trips further out or relaxing in the immediate area.

Agapi was a great host who provided a warm welcome. Phaedra suites is in a central location close to the beach and cafes/restaurants/shops. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Nous étions au 1er étage donc l'un des meilleurs logements.
Des matériaux et une décoration de grande qualité.
Un super accueil, une petite piscine de rêve le tout dans un cadre idyllique.
Ps: le lit était grand et confortable.

Cons:

Le patio est moins grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos.
Pas de parking.

Excellent high quality authentic home from home in the centre of the old town
Pros:

Fantastic location just on edge of old town. ( 1 minute walk to many bars restaurants and shops) very large spacious apartment with kitchen and with very good quality bed linen, furniture and utensils. Very comfortable bed, great air conditioning and a lovely balcony overlooking a delightful courtyard with small pool. You can feel the love that the owner has for her place. It’s a lovely townhouse of about 5 apartments and is traditional in design. In the middle of busy Rethymno, it’s a quiet oasis. Lovely touches like a bottle of wine on arrival and tea and coffee as well as board games and a complimentary coffee station by the pool. The owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. Extremely clean and the excellent daily housekeeping meant our apartment was always spotless

Cons:

Parking was tricky but you can pull up outside and load or unload without any bother. Download the park app and it’s easy to see free parking spots and pay online

Top vakantie, in een uitstekend verblijf.
Pros:

Zeer prettige accommodatie waar alles klopt. Wij verbleven in de suite met terras en uitzicht op het zwembad: een mooie kamer met fijne faciliteiten, rustig gelegen aan de achterzijde. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk, altijd behulpzaam en toont oprechte interesse.

Cons:

Er loopt een kleine hoeveelheid water onder de douchecabine door, waardoor het richting de rest van de badkamer lekt.
