Manxin Hotel Beijing Wangfujing

Propre. Bon service, lit confortable et petit dejeuner varié et copieux. J'ai eu un probleme de climatisation bloquée à 28 degres! Mais j'ai pu l'éteindre et ils m'ont fourni un ventilateur.
Donc expérience correcte dans l'ensemble. Atout de l'hotel: situé a 300 metres de l'entrée latérale est de la Cité interdite!

From the moment that we checked in till checked out, the staff has always made us feel welcome. Upon check-in, we were given 4 packs consisting of steam eye mask and ear plugs for use. Love their varieties of tea served @ the lobby & in the room, in particular ginger tea. There are also local goodies @ the lobby for guests to help themselves to. There's a gym and free washers & dryers for use on the 5th floor which is also the rooftop. Apart from the usual supply of mineral water, there are juices and sparkling water in the mini fridge for free. The staff even came into the room to leave us a mini fruit platter. Such thoughtfulness to ensure that their guests are well taken care of. Helped with getting a cab for the airport. The security of the hotel is good. On the day that we checked out, though we were in a rush, the staff still handed us 4 snack packs just in case we felt peckish and left us a card to contact them just in case we left something behind, If there's anything not so ideal, will be the distance (slightly more than 1 km) from the mrt (灯市口) to the hotel but still walkable. Will definitely return again and recommend anyone who needs a hotel in Beijing. Hope the chain will continue to maintain the same standard.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Beds were not great and the air conditioning didnt work so my room was 80 degrees F when trying to sleep.

Some rooms have no windows to the outside. The staffs were very friendly and kind.

The staff do not speak English and are not very cooperative. They do not know about the airport and it was very challenging for me to find a taxi with their help. If you do not speak Chinese, I strongly recommend looking for another hotel.

O hotel é novo, moderno e possui uma ótima localização. Quarto não é muito grande, mas é um tamanho ok para os padrões chineses. Muito limpo e novo. Tivemos um pequeno inconveniente com a temperatura do quarto que estava muito quente. Por mais que na rua estivesse 0 graus, já estivemos em locais de -20 que o quarto não era tão quente. Isso dificultou dormir na primeira noite. Reclamamos com os atendentes que nos mudaram para outro quarto com janela, para podermos abrir e “equilibrar” a temperatura. O atendimento, aliás, era excelente, todos dispostos a ajudar.

Amazing hotel at good price. It was Super close to Wangfujing street. Staffs at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Even if they didn’t speak the language, they would use translator on their phone and communicate with us.
Rooms are little smaller based on US expectations but it was super clean with fridge stocked with juice and water. Toilet seats were heated, automatic. Breakfast was par beyond imagination with everything one could imagine.

Fantastic location， many rertaurant，shopping mall nearby，Good for Bussiness Trip. 10-15 mins walk to Metro. Although Hotel room is not big， room is clean，home automation， drinks in fringe all free，breakfast not bad.

The staff are very friendly. Location is also good. But the room without a window is stuffiness, making me oppressive.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. The staff are very helpful, although most communication was accomplished with a translation app. One staff member even gave me his person WeChat contact number in case I needed anything. They welcomed me with a sample of delicious tea and the breakfast was very good. It was mostly Chinese but there were some good western options: eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereal. The room was immaculate but somewhat small by western standards. But, I am a solo traveler and only stay in the room when I’m sleeping or resting in the afternoon. Wonderful shower and a free washing machine and dryer are provided for self-laundry service. Excellent location and very comfortable bed. Very attentive and helpful staff — as long as you’re good with translation apps. I recommend this to any traveler who wants an affordable, comfortable day in the center of Beijing. I paid around $230 USD for three nights. It was perfect for me. Very comfortable and very clean.

The room was beautiful and they provided a mid day snack. Only thing was difficult communicating with the staff since they only spoke Mandarin, but their translators were very helpful. Overall it was much better than any other hotel I’ve stayed in Beijing. Loved it! Will def be back.

This is our 1st trip to Beijing & having travelled to a lot of countries across Asia, Europe & the US, Man Xin hotel Beijing left the BEST impression!
The staff @ the reception was outstanding & always serves with a smile. The overall experience was great & warm.
Food & excursion options nearby was also seemed never ending.

Worst stay ever. I was hostage in my own room for one of the three nights I was there (not kidding, I couldn't get out of the hotel!) and the second night after visiting the Great Wall, I just simply couldn't arrive to the hotel due to the street were the hotel is located was closed for some parade reharsals that non Hotels.com or the property let me know in advance otherwise I would change or cancel my stay there.
The only 'normal' night I was there, the room just reeked of pipe and the carpet outside de room was flooded.
I let Hotels.com about all this issues and they simply answered with a coupon for less than 100USD because the property wouldn't accept a refund for this horrible situation, that doesn't even cover the night I had to go to a different hotel (Crowne Plaza just around the corner- Great by the way) just so I could sleep indoors instead of in the middle of the street.
Totally outrageous, the lack of communication, the lack of any kind of resolution from the property not even an apology for the bad time there, its just unthinkable and unacceptable.
Please BE CAREFUL when traveling to China specially to Beijing and even more to this awful property in the next weeks as you may have the same issues I had and that I don't want even for my worst enemy.

Funky colour makes the hotel a happy place. The staffs friendliness really enhanced the overall experience.

Sound insulation xan be improved for room near the floor entrance. My room 255 rather affected.
