l'accueil est parfait
le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y a de l'eau à disposition
le parking est facile et l'adresse est facile à trouver
la propreté de la piscine est à revoir c'était moyen
It was quiet and staff was friendly
It’s clean
The hotel was clean and organized, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, my overall experience was not great. Some of the drawers weren’t working properly—they literally had paper placed in between to keep them closed. When we checked in, the fire alarm was beeping loudly. We called the staff, and someone came in, took it off, and said he would be back, but he never returned.
My biggest issue was that a housekeeper entered my room without my consent. That’s a huge no for me. What if my belongings had gone missing? I found that very unprofessional. On top of that, one of the receptionists was rude and acted like he owned the place.
Overall, it’s a nay for me. I only booked this hotel last minute because I couldn’t find many other affordable options during the BTS concert, and other hotels were so expensive. At $86, I guess you get what you pay for 😭😂 The one thing I’m glad about is that I got to enjoy the concert while staying within my budget!
The late check in.
Wasn’t close by any stores walking distance
Affordable and AC spacious was cooling
Lack of working cameras in parking lot
We parked infront of the building and someone stole an item from our car would’ve been nice if we could’ve seen who or where the person was at when it happened
The breakfast was scarce. No bagels, no fruit the only ok thing was the 1 waffle maker but the waffle mix ended up being nasty. The room was dirty. Sheets had crumbs, bathroom had ants in tub & the entire room smelled like smoke and mildew.
It was clean and we was comfortable and slept good
Clean
The free breakfast. The pool was amazing, not too cold.
The mattress and pillows were extra firm. The breakfast is first come, first serve. There were ants in the room, harmless but annoying. The hot tub was out of order during our visit, sadly.
Great staff and facilities
The area was sketchy but the hotel had great security and lighting.
From the first minute at the front desk. The male Indian speaking foreign. He lied on several occasions. Said he was a manager when I asked for one, I would later find out he was a new employee. I asked about the military discount and why it did not appear on paperwork. He stated it was included in the price which I would later find out was not true. He made false statements which violate American Disabilities Act. The first room my family was put in was nasty, dirty and dangerous. Broken floor tiles in bathroom the beds were unclean. The floor was filthy left our feet black walking on it. There's much more. The lies were numerous
We were moved across the hall after my persentant dissatisfaction to room 225. The nightmare continued. Pictures have been taken. Broken furniture and pieces that were dangerous and have the ability to hurt someone with the sharp edges having the ability to hurt and cut someone seriously. Loose tiles in bathroom. Cob webs hanging from the ceiling. We asked for extra blankets and were told they could not give is but one reluctantly. Two queen beds with two individuals with handicaps. One was 81 years old military widow and needed to sleep with her head elevated and they refused to accommodate the request for additional pillows. The so called breakfast was gross. No orange juice. Eggs were cold and appeared to have been left over from previous day and just microwaved. The swimming pool was horrible, inappropriate activities were I plain sight and over run by many dirty foreigners using it as a bath tub.
Everything. Unsanitary rooms, common areas, pool, and breakfast area. Health dept should be noticed.
