Categories

Cleanliness
4.2
Multiple guests reported strong musty/urine odors, dirty carpet and rooms, and overall poor cleaning on several stays; a few guests noted rooms were clean, but complaints dominate.
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, courteous and helpful (changed rooms, polite front-desk interactions); there are isolated service lapses (slow response, not inspecting issues, charge for crib) but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9
Location praised as convenient (close to airport, easy driving access, quiet despite highway proximity) though a few guests felt the immediate area was not ideal; overall location sentiment is very positive.
Room Quality
5.3
Mixed: some found rooms comfortable and well equipped, but many reported smells, dampness, stained or musty carpets, a ripped lampshade and a slippery bathtub—room condition issues are common.
Amenities
5.2
Amenities negatively impacted by out-of-service items: indoor hot tub/jacuzzi and vending machines unavailable at times, pool closed during some stays; limited or inconsistent complimentary offerings.
Value for Money
8
Several guests called it fair priced or good value for the rate; despite some facility issues, many felt the cost was reasonable for what was provided.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast impressions mixed: some guests described a copious/tasty breakfast, others found it limited or not ready early—overall slightly above average.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall impressions are mixed but skew toward positive service/location and value; while cleanliness and some room/amenity issues lowered satisfaction for many, several guests recommended the hotel and praised staff, yielding a generally favorable overall sentiment.

Pros:

Great night
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I was charged $10 for a crib that we actually didn’t use. All other hotels they supply it for free before. Just here I got charged for one.

Pros:
