Vše bylo čisté, postele pohodlné. V pokojích je ticho a klid, nejde slyšet nic ani z venku ani z chodby. Snídaně byly také výborné. Doporučuji navštívit wellness. To lyžování nebo túře je to skvělý relax.

Ein schönes Hotel wo man sicherlich einen guten Urlaub verbringen kann.

Frühstück war soweit okay. Leider konnte das Personal kein Deutsch wir haben mit Übersetzer Ap gearbeitet ging soweit ganz gut. Speisekarte auch nur auf tschechisch, hier könnten Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden haben wir in anderen Gaststätten in der Nähe viel besser gehabt. Preis Leistung läßt zu wünschen übrig, Qualität in anderen Gaststätten wesentlich besser. Bin gerne bereit mehr zu zahlen aber die Qualität muß stimmen. Das Personal ist sicher bemüht aber auf Grund der fehlenden Sprachkenntnisse nicht immer ganz einfach.

Cons:

Sauna und Wellnessbereich kostet pro Person und Stunde 150 Kronen. Eine normale Sauna 90 Grad ein Dampfbad und eine Infrarosauna und ein Wasserbett. Ist eigentlich gut gemacht für eine Familie mit 4 Personen, aber doch relativ teuer. Kurtaxe pro Person pro Tag 2 Euro.

Placený Wellness bez informace o uzavřeném bazénu a přístupné pouze malé saunové centrum pro cca 5 osob a době rezervované návštěvy 10 osob, tedy bez lehátek apod. (nedostatečná kapacita)

Recepce plní svoji úlohu tak jak má, tady jsme byli spokojeni. Snídaně byla chutná a rozmanitá. Wellness zóna je super při špatném počasí venku. Parkování u hotelu je super, dostatek místa i pro větší počet hostů.

Recepce plní svoji úlohu tak jak má, tady jsme byli spokojeni. Avšak personál restaurace (servírky), byly nevkusně oblečeny a především si hleděli jen svých mobilů a ne hostů. Pokud host nezvedl host ruku, či přímo nezavolal, protože slečny měli zrak jen na displeji svých mobilů, tak jste tam jen mohli sedět a povídat si u prázdného stolu. Jídlo bylo tak předraženo, že si člověk řekl, že jim snad radí kuchař z Ano ŠÉFE a navíc nám vůbec nechutnalo. Na talíři samé kudrlinky z potravin, které se tam vůbec nehodili a chuťově podprůměr. Měli jsme uzená žebra, která byla vařená, politá jakousi UHO omáčkou a tak tučná, že jsme na ně mysleli celou noc. Škvarková pomazánka chutnala jako rozředěná májka. V obci je více restaurací, kde se najíte lépe, chutně a s pocitem, že oni jsou tam pro vás a ne že je obtěžujete tak jako v Hotelu Helios. Tam už opravdu NIKDY.
