Pros:

Até certo ponto da localização. Perto de me local de trabalho e de frente para o mar. Entretanto, como me colocaram no apartamento de frente para a rua (Collins), tive problemas para dormir pois o hotel/restaurante em frente, colocava som de músicas exageradamente alto. Quando reclamei na recepção, disseram que nada podiam fazer e que eu poderia reclamar. E estou reclamando. NOVE noites que só consegui dormir após o som ser desligado (meia noite). Como parece que essa zoeira já vinha acontecendo antes de minha chegada, o hotel jamais deveria dar apto de frente para a Collins, mesmo que a categoria contratada fosse essa. Na contratação deveriam avisar ou dar um desconto agora

Do barulho noturno, até meia noite, de hotel em frente ao Marselles. Balada/som altíssimo, até meia noite. Como me deram um apto de frente para a rua (Collins), não cosegui dormir antes da meia noite nenhum dos 9 dias que fiquei por lá. Deveriam avisar na reserva e categoria do apto contratado, essa barulheira toda ou, de iniciativa do hotel, passar meu apto para "fundos", longe da Collins. Foram nove dias de inferno. Reclamamos na recepção e bla bla bla nada podiam fazer e sugeriram que reclamasse....é o q estou fazendo

Close to the beach was a hit but the room was a major disappointment.
Pros:

The location was awesome and the backyard area and beach club was great.

Cons:

The room was really small and right next to the staff room I think or noisy guests or both. There was construction outside so the view was AWFUL, I asked to change when we got there and they had no other rooms available. The 2nd night we literally got zero sleep because the doors slamming all night long. It was the worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel that I paid this much for.

Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar gut am South Beach, man kann fussläufig die Lincoln Rd und ocean drive erreichen. Verschiedene Buslinien fahren auch direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Eine AVIS Autovermietung ist auch nur 2 min zu Fuß weg- dort kann man sich einen Mietwagen holen und ihn am Flughafen wieder abgeben. Direkter Strandzugang mit kostenlosen Liegen/Schirm ist auch super und sollte man bei der Budget Planung sonst nicht vergessen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Tage gekommen. Leider ist es auch sehr hellhörig. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es sehr gewindet und es hat sich im Zimmer schlimmer angehört als es draußen war. Ohrstöpsel sollte man mitbringen, wenn man empfindlich ist ;)

Pros:

Excellent location with great access to the beach. Cool area itself was nice and rooms were clean. Polite and kind staff on the property.

Cons:

Gym is very outdated and needs to be redone (also less accessible with only one elevator and no stair access to the basement).
Although the pool is great, for the number of gas at the hotel, the pool gets quite busy early and there is not enough chairs.
The room did have some deficiencies, including defective safe and very loud air-conditioning, which disturbed sleep

The staff was very good. The lobby area and pool area are very nice..the location is very good alot of walkable places for food and shopping

Cons:

The rooms were awful the hallways to the rooms are also awful. Both need a major update. The hallways are ugly and gloomy. The doors to the rooms look like prison cell doors. The rooms need updated the furniture is old and ugly. Couldn't even look out the windows they were gross. The bathroom was barely big enough for 1 person to get in and out of. This was my 1st time staying my usual hotel (The sagamore) was sold out i wouldn't stay here again until they renovated the rooms

Ótimo hotel!
Pros:

Ótimo hotel, na Collins avenue, Beira mar com acesso direto à praia, piscina limpa.
Hotel antigo ( padrão de Miami Beach) , porém perfeitamente conservado, cama confortavel, ar condicionado funcionando bem,
Estacionamento há duas quadras, por um valor de 33 dólares.

Falta de café da manhã

Die Fenster zur Hauptstraße waren teils offen da die Klimaanlage schlecht isoliert ist . Nur mit Pappe wurden die Öffnung der Klimaanlage geschlossen. dementsprechend war es auch laut. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen
