Awesome hotel, very good location , beachfront, brrakfast was too good, 10 on 10 for everything.
The location is excellent with restaurants on Collins Avenue just out front and Ocean Drive a short walk away. The hotel backyard opens onto the boardwalk and beautiful beach.

The hotel was nice and.cool coming in from the heat. The hotel was in a great location and was nice and clean with an amazing smell

The location was GREAT
We were put into a room with no AC working so they had to switch to a different room. The rooms/hotel wasn't what we were expecting when paying over $1300. It looks like you are able to use the daybeds on the website but you have to pay $200 a day for them so it was false advertisment and one of the reasons we booked there.

La cercanía con la playa, el servicio de piscina, la zona en la que se encuentra el hotel.
No funcionaba un ascensor, internet no funcionaba muy bien y lo que menos me gustó es que a las 22hs ya no te podés tomar un trago en el hotel, no tiene animación, no tiene mucha vida nocturna el hotel.

Muy malo el wifi en la habitación, no me pude conectar, el servicio de los empleados es muy malo, sobre todo en el sector de barras y piscina. Te cobran todo!! El agua para el termo...y en cash...billete (no aceptaron monedas, que ellos mismos te daban) Increible. cero empatía y mal servicio. La habitación llena de moscas, una obra al lado que te taladra la cabeza. No recomendable, muy caro por la baja calidad. Hoteles mejores.
A very enjoyable place to stay, staff was exceptional and the food was excellent.
It was plesant stay, maybe the restaurant could have been open longer.
Hotel muito bem localizado, tem tudo ao redor…para quem gosta de curtir praia também é uma boa opção já que este tem acesso à praia e serviço de quarto.
O café da manhã do restaurante é bem limitado…o restaurante também não tem variedade no cardápio…tivemos um atraso de 1h na liberação do nosso quarto o que é muito ruim.
Lo mejor es la ubicación: sobre la Collins, vas caminando a Lincoln road, a Española way y a Ocean drive y, además, tiene salida directa a la playa.
Localização perfeita , perto de bons restaurantes , lojas e pé na areia. Quarto confortável e espaçoso .
Cadeira e guarda sol na praia incluídos na diária. Área da piscina bonita e agradável. Happy hour cortesia diariamente.
Agradecimento especial ao atendimento de Melina que foi excepcional e Mateus , que providenciaram um mimo em comemoração ao meu aniversário. Banheiro com box.

bed and check in process were ok
hotel is disgusting, my room was moist, no ventilation, water coming ghrough the window cracks (window could not be opened) the bathroom had mold, also mold on the pillows int he pool area. Then to top it up they were drilling on top of my room during the day so I got no rest. I checked out one day before my expected checkout time and stayed somewhere else
