Installation was good evethough isn't clean at all

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Girardot and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. They were not only professional but genuinely kind, making us feel right at home.

The accommodations were exactly what we hoped for—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The room had all the amenities we needed and offered a great mix of comforts and cozy charm, making it the perfect place to relax.

The dining experience was exceptional. Every meal was a treat, with fresh, delicious flavors that highlighted local ingredients and Colombian specialties. We looked forward to each meal as an experience of its own!

I absolutely loved the staff responses to our stay. They took all of our luggage upstairs into the room. They served us our dinner like an expensive meal. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

I travel quite often and this hotel was my worst experience EVER!! Given a room less than what I booked, no running hot water, when I questioned staff was told the room o rented does not come with hot water. A/C never worked, I made sure when I booked this hotel had A/C because location of my vacation has excruciating heat.Handy men in my room at 7 am. My shoes were stolen from poolside, bed Bugs on curtains, last but not least in an effort to cool down I sat on patio for some fresh air. Table frame was so rusted it collapsed and broke before me mind you table too was made of glass. Managements only effort to resolve this entire experience was a tiny discount. HORRRIBLE place to stay. Oh I forgot to mention beds were equivalent to sleeping on stones

The hotel looks like it is an abandoned place. No internet access in the rooms. In the reception and “restaurant”, Wifi does not work. The tv does not work either (no service). I would avoid it at all cost.

Although I had a negative experience the first day of my stay, the manager made sure the rest of my vacation was pleasant. I got assigned a better room that improve the bad starts. I have to applaud the staff, they are super friendly and courteous. The food was great too in the restaurant.
