Attention to detail, friendly staff, comfy bed, strong wifi, good breakfast, great view from roof terrace, jacuzzi amazing.
Water pressure slightly low in rooms
Super friendly staff, simple and clean hotel. We loved using the jacuzzis on the top floor - so great to return to such comfort after a day in the forest! It perfectly suited our needs as a family to sleep well and feel clean and in comfort as we spent our days out adventuring
Hardly anything to dislike honestly. The hotel was simple but perfectly met our needs. There was a little mouse problem in the hotel at the time we stayed, but the hotel was aware and dealing with the problem.

In a 4,5 star hotel with this price in the tropics I would expect a mini-fridge in the Theluxe(!) room.
There is not enough staff. P.e. only one person at the reception, when he/she has to go upstairs to help a new guest there is nobody at the reception. Also there was nobody to explain how to regulate the jacuzi.

El mejor hotel en SJE. Excelente servicio, habitaciones limpias y agradables, el desayuno excelente y muy bien atendidos. El garaje queda a 3 casas del hotel, sin embargo, cuando esta lleno tienes que salir a mover tu carro (me paso un dia en medio del desayuno). Un lunar para comentar, la cafeteria Tik Tok al lado del hotel no recomendable, es costosa y tiene un muy mal servicio al cliente.
Buen hotel; cumple el objetivo de descansar en una habitacion tranquila y comoda con baño privado comodo y agradable.
