El director del hotel se preocupó por nosotros desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos –en todo momento (Mustafá)–, nos ayudó y nos brindó consejos en los regateos, en los precios, así como para movernos por la Capadocia con autobús (precios, rutas, paradas) y, además, gestionó el autobús de vuelta al aeropuerto (a la ida, desconocíamos que podía gestionar este servicio y fuimos por nuestra cuenta en taxi –50/60 euros–; en bus, 15 euros por persona). El hotel es espectacular, pequeño de unas 15 habitaciones, muy bonitas, exclusivas e intimas. Hubo un pequeño contratiempo con la habitación reservada y fue resuelto en nada; nos ofreció una habitación muy muy superior y hasta tuvo un detalle personal hacia nosotros (excelente gestión por su parte). El personal super atento y el desayuno buffet muy muy bueno, con bonitas vistas en un rooftop.
De verdad, todo perfecto.

Stayed at the Arte Cave Hotel for 4 nights when participating in the Salomon Cappadocia Trail Run in Oct 24, as the hotel is a short walk from the race start line and expo. Hotel was comfortable and clean with a good breakfast each morning. After staying in Urgup we moved to Goreme for 3 days, I had left my jacket in the Arte Cave Hotel and the manager Mustafa contacted the hotel in Goreme to inform me I had left my jacket and to arrange a pick up which shows how attentive and friendly the staff are in this hotel.

Great place to stay and Mustafa was great, he helped us make the most of our stay, advising us on the local area and was very friendly. We stayed in room number 109, we would recommend you stayed in another room as every time some one went up the stairs or in the conservatory above it was very noisy. Other than that we had no complaints. The breakfast was lovely too.
The Arte Cave hotel was great due to the staff and quality of the room and stay. The terrace is a little small but it has such a good view. It made our capadocia stay even better. Would definitely rebook here and recommend.

Excellent stay experience! Cozy room, good breakfast, helpful and friendly stuff (and they really do speak English :) ) , close to all locations we needed! We always were getting a good spot to park our car!
It was fenomenal, at first we knew we had rented a very small room but later they upgraded our room for free and anything that was needed was obtained. Really appreciated the entire staff.

Tereddüt etmeden gidilebilecek bir yer,aile ortamı herşey çok güzel tatilinizle çok ilgililer neler yapmanız gerektiğini bölgeyi turları herseye çok yardımcı oldular ki en yoğun olduğu dönemde biz balon bulamazken sağolsun onlar devreye girerek tura katılmamızı sağladılar 🙏
Odada cok fena rutubet kokusu vardi. Yatak ve kiyafetlerimiz nemli oluyordu.
Konaklamamız çok şahane geçti. Yine gelsem tekrar aynı hoteli seçerim. Çalışanlar şahane insanlar, güler yüzlü ve çok sıcak kanlılar. Her çalışana ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.
Tereddüt ederek gittiğimiz otelimizden son derece memnun, mutlu ayrıldık. Beş gece konakladık. Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren Abdullah bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. İşletmesi bu denli iyi olan bir otelin kötü olma şansı yok bence. Umarım hep bu çizgiden devam eder. Temizlik konusun da içiniz rahat olsun, gayet temiz. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Özellikle kahvaltı hazırlayan personel ablamızın ilgisi, güler yüzü için çok teşekkür ederiz. Otelin konumu iyi, çarşıya yürüme mesafesin de. Odaların içerisi taş olduğu için gayet serin. Hem gezeyim, hem dinleneyim diyorsanız bence doğru tercih olabilir. Tekrar gitsek tereddüt etmeden konaklayacağımız, ev sıcaklığın da bir otel. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
Odada her şey göründüğü gibiydi. Abdullah bey de yeterince ilgiliydi her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Sessiz sakin bir otel olması bizi mutlu etti. Kahvaltı doyurucu diyebiliriz ancak lüks bir kahvaltı değil. Her sabah aynı sekilde basit bir serpme kahvalti vardi. Temizlik açısından da gayet iyiydi. Hicbir sıkıntı yasamadik. Oda gunduzleri disarinin sicagina karsin oldukca serindi, aksamlari da hic usumedik. Bölgeye gidebilecek kişilere tavsiye edilesi bir otel.
Resepsiyon çok ilgili odamız çok güzeldi. Evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Temizlik, otelin konumu her şey güzel ve keyifliydi tekrar bu bölgede Tatil yapmak istersek aynı oteli tercih edeceğimiz kesin.
Seyahatimiz bu sefer bir gece konaklama içindi. Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar tertemiz. Her şey fotoğraflardaki ve anlatılanlardaki gibiydi. Kahvaltı son derece yeterli ve özenli servis edildi. Odalarda nem yok, ısınma sistemi son derece yeterli. Banyolar tertemiz. Benzer fiyatlı otellerin bir gömlek üstünde hizmet aldık. Bir dahaki seyahatimiz için başka yer aramadan bu oteli tercih edeceğiz. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.
